Очень удобно, что можно заказать экскурсию в отеле. Замечание - лампа на тумбочке, для красоты-розетки нет. Убирают, так себе. Гель для душа, был только при заселении. Завтрак очень однообразный, за 5 дней надоел. Можно ведь - просто яйцо отварить или омлет с овощами сделать. Менять сегодня сыр, завтра творог. Мне кажется, даже при скромном бюджете завтраки можно делать более разнообразными."

За окном прекрасные закаты😍 В номер можно заказать еду (но очень дорого😱 хотелось бы цены адекватнее....🙈И без этого Иннополис ”страдает” в плане общепита😝😝😝👎). В номере есть охлаждающий шкаф, не холодильник. Имейте это ввиду(( Отмечали день рождение, переживала за тортик, что испортится к утру🙈Наверное это единственный минус... На завтраке поздравили с днем рождения, очень приятно💓💓💓👍🙏☺️Так же порадовало месторасположение👍до Острова Свияжск 20 мин езды, до Верхнего Услона 15 минут👍В будущем хотелось бы вернуться. Рекомендую 👍Процветания💓"

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done.

This is by far the most unpleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Its only positive point is its proximity to the tourist area, making it convenient for souvenir shopping. First, the hotel gave the wrong address. Even the address on their door didn't match the one on their email website. When I arrived, they didn't answer my phone calls. I finally found the hotel by comparing photos one by one. When I checked in, the staff just said, ”Oh, really? That's strange!” The room reeked of formaldehyde, and there were male hairs on the tableware, blankets, and door. The bathroom had poor water pressure, switching randomly between boiling hot and ice cold. The shower was incredibly cramped. On weekend nights, the bar across from the hotel blasted loud music until 4 a.m., and there was vomit at my doorstep in the morning. How dare a hotel like this claim to be a four-star hotel?! It's a complete scam, like a small private inn. On the first day of our two-night stay, we only had one bottle of water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. Is water really that expensive? The room was very hot for some reason. There was a blower sound in the next room from the moment I checked in. There was no water in the room.

Hotel is very convenient. You can get to the Ring shopping complex without going out and buy the most necessary and edible. Hotel location is a bomb! Center in one word, but at the same time in the room there are no sounds from the street! The room is huge, there is an opportunity to visit the sauna(in the cost). We liked everything!
