The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always assist with any request. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful staff at reception. The room looks and smells fresh, comfortable bed and nice heating. The only thing is the lights are not quite enough, so it looks a bit dark. But still very worth it with great location and service. Thank you!

The environment is very good and the room is very big! It is very quiet in the mountains. The room hygiene is also very good. It took about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the city. very convenient. The breakfast variety is also quite rich! The price is very high! Five-star recommendation!

After arriving at the hotel, it was already more than two o'clock in the morning. The front desk gave the room very quickly. The room was large and very clean. I sighed that Europe's environmental protection action does not need disposable toiletries. Even the water needs to be picked up by the public water dispenser. There is a large glass bottled water. Fortunately, I brought my toothbrush and toothpaste, huh. The front desk is very welcoming. Breakfast is a buffet, not bad.

Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

PPiotrKStaying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

JJohnThis is a true 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and service. Parking plentiful on the grounds and underground.
The breakfast has a great variety of food and drinks, the room spacious and clean, the bathroom spotless clean with plenty toiletries and a hair drier that worked without cutting off. Complimentary coffee daily available in the room and the reception area.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

RRAYMOND KWON YOUNGSmall boutique hotel near the center of town with restaurants and grocery store near by. Room is not large, but clean, breakfast so-so; biggest issue is hotel has no elevator, so make sure not to choose a room at a high floor if you happen to have heavy bags.

GGuest UserMein Zimmer sah exakt aus wie auf den Bildern, war modern, sauber, alles war in gutem Zustand. Minuspunkte waren nur die etwas schlechte WLAN Qualität, der relativ laute Kühlschrank im Zimmer und der nicht funktionierende Fernseher.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage ist gut, nah an der Altstadt, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Der Großteil der Stadt lässt sich zu Fuß von hier erkunden.
Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
