"Localizado muito perto do aeroporto. A limpeza foi aceitável pelo preço pago, mas houve alguns inconvenientes. Primeiro, a água quente não funcionava. Segundo, não havia toalhas no quarto (embora a equipe as tenha enviado rapidamente). O ar-condicionado do meu quarto também era muito barulhento às vezes, parecia uma furadeira se não estivesse no modo ventilador. Por fim, o serviço de traslado do aeroporto não era como anunciado. Não consegui contatá-los pela central de atendimento quando cheguei, mesmo com a ajuda do balcão de informações turísticas. Tive que pegar um Grab. E na partida, por algum motivo estranho, o traslado gratuito só funcionava em horários pares, e era preciso pagar 200 pesos para usar o serviço em horários pares (é melhor pegar um Grab, é mais barato).
A equipe foi prestativa e o serviço foi bom. O café da manhã era farto. No geral, foi uma experiência mista e eu diria para ajustar as expectativas."

"We stayed one night. All good, amenities clean, accomondating staff,. The smalls are small but soooo spacious, and everything is juts provided in the room, from clean towels to vanity kits to lotions.... but ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING ROOMS, even at the buffet, people smoke and it's bothering for us, non-smokers.. Still , I like that the rooms did not smell of the smoke from the hallway..."

TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

IitsHazelDCI always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Every time I book here, I always get a good night’s sleep and feel well-rested the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always pleasant.
This has definitely become one of my go-to hotels whenever I need a comfortable and peaceful stay. I’ll definitely keep coming back! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGuest UserIi need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

AAnonymous UserOverall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible.
For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette...
People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks .
Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

Cons: My room's door kinda hard to close. I had to put extra force due to misaligned height. I think I saw another review where they see their door being fixed when they're about to checkin.
Kettle was kinda dusty. Best to wash it first before use.
Wifi is unstable, probably on times there are multiple users. It was what I'm after hence I had to check-in.
Overall verdict, will still go back. For its price and location, it's a good deal!

When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift.
Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special.
This was already our second stay at Hotel 101, and because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hotel 101!

AAngelica PonioTo be honest we change room 2x! The TV was broken at first.. and then next the aircon ! I cant imagine we transfer room at 3:30am what a hassle.. no signal in our room and very slow connection of wifi!
The place is infront of the mall thats the good thing. You can rome arounf the mall when u have free time.. The place is also near the quiapo church and chinatown

The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61.
A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout.
The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area.
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area.
I would stay here again!
