I researched a lot of hotels in Ipoh. Most hotels are spread out around the Ipoh “downtown”. If you’re arriving on a bus from KL, the bus terminal Amanjaya is 9km away. 20 mins on the local bus will take you to Terminal Kidd and it’s a 15 mins walk to M Boutique. I wouldn’t suggest this option if you have a lot of suitcases as the walk is on the main roads with cars and truck zipping past. Location is surrounded by industrial and car dealerships, but once arrived you’re surprised! They live up to their name - Boutique! They have been in that location for 13 years. Staff are friendly and helpful! Room (single room with no windows) was clean and comfortable and provided the amenities after a long day on the bus. And the hotel - SMELLED nice. Like a high end hotel. It was a nice treat if you’re a solo traveler looking for comfort on a budget. I tried to extend an extra night, however Trip were only showing double and twin rooms - out of my budget for a solo traveler. Asking at reception if the single room was available, they checked and I paid directly to hotel for a 2nd night. Your loss Trip! Hotel amenities were great. Hot shower, WiFi and air conditioning working. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the old city. When I arrived around 4 PM, a lot of things are already closed and quiet. Walking around in the dark back to the hotel was a little uneasy, but you can easily just arrange a car to GRAB. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention.

Sinto-me Muito feliz por ter descoberto este JEM escondido de um hotel! Está centralmente localizado no IPOH, na Malásia e os restaurantes estão perto e a pé! A sala é espaçosa, limpa e com cama muito confortável, as tarifas são razoáveis e um grande valor global. Acho que o que este Hotel Artistic colocou fora de outros é o 5-Star Serviço fornecido por cada membro da equipe! Tive o prazer de conhecer o gerente geral, o pessoal do Front Desk e o Serviço de Room Attenta, e todos tinham uma atitude positiva e realmente cuidaram se eu estivesse feliz em Todos OS tempos. Acredito que eles foram acima e além de todas as minhas expectativas para me certificar de que eu estava 110% satisfeito com a minha estadia. Sim, francamente, estava 110% satisfeito com a minha estadia e espero voltar no futuro próximo e gostaria de ficar aqui novamente! ¡ Obrigado, amigos! Sr. Ricardo

First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳 The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient. The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

Had a pleasant stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh with my family. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around and finding food nearby. The service was good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were generally clean, although there is still a little room for improvement in cleanliness. The amenities were good and made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying here again.

We were accommodated in a refurbished room which was nice and clean. It’s located at a Din Sum eateries area with about 4 of 5 old time names like Ming court. Famous Cowan Tauge Chicken Rice restaurant is just round the corner. The breakfast buffet were somewhat limited in choice and wasn’t impressive. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Its a newly refurbished hotel. Within city center. Walking distance to all shops and eateries. Can even walk to taiping lake gardens. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom, water pressure nice. Rooftop swumming pool. Only setback is a bit noisy during nite time as hotel is next the main road. Did not try the food.

Staff is friendly, however the room service a bit slow as after we checked in no towel in our room due to still on laundry, and that was already 5pm. Not a big deal though. Room is clean and they provided white coffee sachets which is nice. Water heater warm up very fast. Old led TV but a lot of channels with different varieties to watch. Hotel provided breakfast is fantastic, few good choices to choose. Amenities include a massage spa within the hotel and guest able to get discounted price, massage service is very good. Nearby there is a pub and Chinese restaurant which seems to be very popular as able to see many cars at night going for dinner. Overall fully recommended this hotel. Also there is flea market on every Sunday morning just outside.

Os MEUS filhos gostaram de cereais, bihun goreng, pão com jam e pastos. Além disso, perto do hotel, havia muitos restaurantes e opções de kiosk em torno Da área Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah.Na noite, você Pode alugar bicicletas, buggies e outros veículos para andar por aí, Muito divertido! Havia até um pequeno trem, que as crianças amavam absolutamente. Na manhã seguinte, depois do nosso maravilhoso pequeno-almoço, OS MEUS filhos e EU voltámos para a rua para um passeio brilhante e passei um tempo no parque de jogos.Foi realmente divertido e UMA boa maneira de começar o dia. Eu também gostaria de enviar minha apreciação para o serviço de clientes Trip.com. O Pessoal respondeu rapidamente à minha pergunta e realmente tentou resolver.
