Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage. Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

由火車站行去此酒店如用地圖指示要上下天橋才可到，但如改行其它小路是可不上天橋亦可方便到達，不需行天橋。酒店比較老舊但清潔，如价好短住是可以。位置可行路去公園，行十分鐘有一超美味的鱔飯店，另行三分钟有一極高水準的西式麺包店。

Very nice hotel. Although it's not in the centre of Tokyo, it's very well connected. Direct train to Shibuya, Shinjuku, ikebukuro and so on. Good local amenities, two main supermarkets (one opened 24 hours), Seria (¥100 shop) and so on. For the people who need to do big shopping, Uniqlo is just downstairs, the pharmacy nearby is such a hit with the bargain price we have never seen anywhere within Tokyo. The room is tiny but efficient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We usually stay in Asakusa Tobu hotel when we come to Japan but it's getting too pricey now. I'd say Wako Tobu is just as good. Will definitely stay here again!

Tive uma ótima estadia neste hotel! O quarto era lindamente decorado, limpo e muito confortável. A localização é conveniente, não muito longe da Estação Omiya, cercado por diversos restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Infelizmente, não tive a oportunidade de experimentar o spa, então não posso comentar sobre isso. Mas, no geral, foi uma experiência muito agradável.

Quando fiz o check-in, fiquei feliz que a equipe falou comigo de maneira suave e educada. . O estacionamento aqui custa 1.000 ienes por dia, mas a pessoa na recepção disse: ``Se você usar um estacionamento próximo, custa 400 ienes por dia, então se você não tiver acesso ao estacionamento, seria seria mais barato usar isso.'' Ele gentilmente me disse isso, mas como eu tinha muita bagagem, decidi usar o estacionamento do local. O quarto era muito fácil de usar, e meu marido e eu pudemos passar um tempo conversando sobre como estávamos felizes por ter vindo. Falando em luxo, havia almofadas. Achei que seria legal ter uma mesa dobrável 💦

Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

Reservei um hotel para assistir ao show do Aimo. Fica a cerca de 7 a 8 minutos a pé da Estação Saitama Shintoshin e da Saitama Super Arena, o que o torna muito conveniente. A recepção foi muito acolhedora. Perguntei se havia encomendas pré-entregues, e eles gentilmente conferiram e entregaram. O quarto individual que me deram era espaçoso o suficiente, com uma janela voltada para os trilhos do trem, e as janelas eram bem à prova de som, então não consegui ouvir o barulho do trem. Há uma loja de conveniência Lawson no andar de baixo, e dois shoppings próximos, o Super Viva Home e o Cocoon, tornam as compras e os restaurantes muito convenientes. Tive uma estadia fantástica neste hotel.

Excellent location with a minute walk from the station. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. There’s a public bath in the hotel which I didn’t expect for this price. I will definitely will visit again.
