"Belo hotel em boa localização. Muito perto da estação principal. 7Eleven e Family Mart à porta de frente de ambos os lados. As quartos são bastante pequenos, mas isso é esperado. Não tinha o pequeno-almoço. Não há área municipal. Certo com muitos lojas comerciais."

"Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station."

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new.
Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."

"Location is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area.
Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day"

"Good hotel not far from the train station. I especially liked the wide range of free amenities they offer. It's way more than your typical business hotel. There's even drip coffee packs! Free coffee (from a machine) is also available during the day. The room was pretty standard. Public areas are quite nice."

PPangdabengdaThe hotel is easily visible after crossing the pedestrian bridge from Sendai Station. There's a large Don Quijote duty-free shop right across the street. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a happy hour, and the breakfast includes Sendai's famous beef tongue and fish cakes.

GGuest UserWhenever I'm in Nagoya, I stay at Keihan. The price here in Sendai was just right, and the location is super convenient. There are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants nearby, plus it's very close to the station. As for the room, there's enough space to open a suitcase, and pajamas are provided.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

SSaqimaqiduoWhenever I travel around Japan, if there's a Daiwa Roynet Hotel near the station, I almost always choose it because it's truly excellent in every aspect.
It's a convenient 10-minute walk from Sendai Station's West Exit, making it super easy to get to attractions by public transport or on foot. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, which is great but can be tough for indecisive people like me.
The rooms are spacious, and the attention to detail is very thoughtful. Plus, the breakfast includes sashimi, which is a big bonus!
They also allow overnight luggage storage, which is another huge plus. I've done this before at the Daiwa Roynet in Takamatsu, and they're consistently excellent! Oh, but you do need to have another reservation with them afterwards for the luggage storage.

AAhmad MostafaReception at 5 pm was efficient and I didn’t have to wait. Street level provides access to two lifts that take you to the second floor reception area.
Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are not huge but adequate size. I booked a larger room of which there are a few.
House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The two lifts can be slow especially during busy times such as morning checking out.
The location is good being about 15 minutes walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc. The hotel is five minutes walk to the covered main shopping mall-street which are common in Japan. There are major shopping malls in the central train station area.
There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s budget and type of food. Beef tongue is a specialty in Sendai and many restaurants offer it at various prices.
Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums.
Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

IIris Kim Choo TanI had an excellent stay at Sendai Washington Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the furnishings in the room. I would have preferred a proper work desk instead of the small coffee table provided, as it would have been more practical for guests who need a comfortable space to work, write, or organize their travel plans.
The location was another highlight of our stay. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. The area around the station offers a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, local markets, shopping malls, and the bus terminal. We also boarded the Loople Sendai sightseeing bus from the terminal, which was a great way to explore and get an overview of the city's main attractions.

I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes.
She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.”
I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan.
I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel.
It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good).
The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though.
The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain.
When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22.
Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
