There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!

You could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

It looked very clean, with a kettle and a small refrigerator, but there were bugs on the bed, and the bites caused bubbles. When I woke up in the morning, I saw the body on the bed. No wonder my skin was so itchy. Looking forward to strengthening sanitation, insecticide and disinfection!

O hotel é Muito novo e a localização está bem, MAS o quarto é Muito pequeno. O maior problema é que o sabor do decoração é Muito grande. Seja o corredor Ou o quarto está cheio de gases de escape, é insuportável. Durante Muito tempo, você TEM meDo de ficar doente. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

The room was spacious, clean, and located in a very strategic area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. However, there was no dishwashing soap, tissue, or functioning clothes hanger provided. One of the rooms had no electricity or water. The owner did not resolve the water issue until the next day, and the electricity was only restored about two hours after check-in.

O hotel está bem, TEM boas instalações, MAS a qualidade do pessoal e outros convidados tornam as experiências miseráveis.A sala estava suja e não muito prática. O trabalho de perfuração e reparação estava a ser realizado nas costas, a principal estrada na frente e os técnicos trabalhando no piso superior, não há paz aqui.
