Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

Recentemente tive o prazer de ficar dois dias no Trivelles Regency, Nottingham, e devo dizer que foi uma experiência deliciosa. A equipe foi extremamente acolhedora e atenciosa, garantindo que minha estadia fosse confortável e agradável. Os quartos eram limpos, bem decorados e proporcionavam uma atmosfera relaxante. As comodidades e serviços do hotel superaram as minhas expectativas, tornando a minha estadia verdadeiramente memorável. Quer tenha sido a opção da cozinha, o ambiente sereno ou o serviço impecável, todos os aspectos contribuíram para uma estadia fantástica. Great location and easy to find. Lovely surroundings and outdoor areas. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for famililes with children under 10 as the height of the upper floors with no real rail protection could make you nervous. Dogs were allowed which was great if you are looking for that. Inside communal areas great and free to roam. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Very industrial-themed buildings so, if you are looking for quaint, it aint for you! Would go again.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Parque de carros, quartos, camas confortáveis, chuveiro e pequeno-almoço excelentes.Eu tinha lido algumas críticas neutras, MAS minha estadia excedeu as expectativas. Tinha tudo que precisava e queria. Tinha um quarto que olhou para o parque de carros que estava muito quieto. Vou ficar aqui novamente.A distância de caminhão (19min) para o centro de West Bridgeford, fácil caminhar para tram e parar de ônibus fora do hotel.

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked

my room was as I expected everything I needed for my stay, I mentioned cleanliness in your review. My room was great, and the hotel overall was good, but the lift had sweet wrappings on the first night and was still there when l left, small detail that won't stop me recommending the hotel but you asked and that was the only bit I could inform you about,

Had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. To be honest, all stays at a Premier Inn are definitely worth the money.
