Nada luxuoso, mas estávamos procurando um lugar para passar a noite enquanto visitávamos pessoas. Todos os lugares eram muito caros, mas então surgiu uma oferta especial! Ótimo custo-benefício para o que precisávamos, e o ponto positivo foi um buffet de café da manhã muito bom. :-)

Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected.

Very good value for money. Spacious room, plenty of storage space, nice deco. Warm, clean, comfy bed. Nice and quite area and still very near to town and the beach. Will go again!

Eu fiquei no hotel Heathlands ontem à noite e tive as melhores noites de sono de todos os tempos, pois a cama era muito confortável e a roupa de cama também era confortável e o edredom não era muito grosso o banheiro era muito limpo e arrumado, mas pequeno o restaurante estava fechado mas você poderia pedir comida no bar, o que eu fiz, eu comi peixe com batatas fritas e ervilhas, o que foi ok, mas não de boa qualidade, pois o peixe estava muito crocante, mas era razoável para o preço, mas eu não gostei, o bar estava muito silencioso, então levei minhas bebidas para o meu quarto, que era 126 e eu definitivamente teria aquele quarto novamente no geral, tive uma boa estadia e um bom sono

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future .

This hotel is close to the seafront and in walking distance to food and drink outlets and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a discounted charge for parking,so go to reception first to pay for parking, not on arrival in the car park. I was happy with my stay at this hotel.

Great location , rooms are nice, clean and modern. Good value included breakfast which was good , except only scrambled eggs ,no fried eggs. Parking was expensive at £15:50 and a long walk in the rain. Staff were personable and efficient . I stay in Bournemouth often ,so would stay here again
