The location and room are clean, 3 minutes drive from the train station, it is estimated that it will take a quarter of an hour to walk. Enter the house with the password, no one at the front desk late, you need to contact early. Ctrip sent me a reservation form, no password, and later called in advance through a Finnish friend to ask for the password, the main focus is economical.

The view from the hotel room is very close to zero point on foot. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. The spare parts I use are lumene, a Finnish national brand, which can save dry skin. One tube applied to the elbow is enough for a day. The breakfast in the restaurant is similar to the popcorn pancakes we used to make in line with rice when we were kids in China. There is a parking lot in the basement, which saves you the trouble of getting up early to clear the snow. It costs 20 euros to park for one night. There are many restaurants and ski shops on the commercial street. Very convenient.

The hotel is great! There wasn't much snow in early November, so we couldn't ski in and out, but it was very convenient to take the cable car to Levi Ski Resort.
There is a place to store ski equipment downstairs.
There is also an observation deck upstairs.
There is also a spa.
The breakfast is very rich!
The à la carte pasta and burger for dinner are also very delicious, and the price is reasonable, not outrageous!

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

The icebreaker car will come to this hotel to pick it up, and then send it back to this hotel. It is very convenient to live here. Parking is available opposite the hotel. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is quite complete, fruit, yogurt, freshly ground coffee. Breakfast is available at 6 o'clock.

AAToiI recently had the privilege of staying at Apukka Resort in Rovaniemi, Finland, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of my Scandinavian journey. From the moment I arrived in this snowy wonderland, with daily temperatures around -7°C, to my cozy cabin room, everything about Apukka was simply amazing.
Having to see the mesmerizing Northern Lights from my bed was a dream come true. The comfortable bed, warm water, and the delicious food served at the restaurant made each moment special.
The view of the frozen lake was nothing short of magical; it felt like stepping into an AI painting turned real. Even in the cold, I had one of the best swing rides of my life with the view of the lake.
As someone from warm and sunny Singapore, this escape to the cold was a unique and unforgettable experience. The reception team at Apukka was top-notch, and they even had a room ready for me when I arrived slightly earlier than check-in time, which was a great relief after my long journey from Copenhagen.
But it wasn't just the accommodations and the views that made my stay exceptional. I also had the pleasure of experiencing a thrilling husky ride and learning about how these incredible dogs are trained from puppies to their role as working animals. The passion and knowledge of the guides who led this adventure were truly remarkable.
The 'Meet the Reindeer' session was a delightful educational experience. I gained a newfound appreciation for these magnificent creatures and learned so much about their role in the local culture and environment. The guides who accompanied us during the husky and reindeer experiences were nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and enthusiasm added a whole new dimension to the trip.
Apukka Resort delivered a magical and unforgettable experience. The comfortable bed, the regular appearance of the Northern Lights, the enriching encounters with huskies and reindeer, and the exceptional guides all contributed to making this trip one of the best times of my life. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas.
The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel.
The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments.
The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

LLenshyuuAlthough we didn't see the Northern Lights, overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. The service was great; they even allowed us to check in early. The room was better than expected; despite its size, the large glass windows and glass roof made it feel quite open and not as cramped as I'd imagined. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but sufficient, and the temperature was good. Breakfast was included, and the quality was excellent and filling. For dinner, they had a special offer that gave us one free main course per person (starters and other à la carte items cost extra). The portions were generous, and the food tasted great. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from Santa Claus Village, which is an acceptable distance, though it might be a bit challenging if you're dragging luggage. The hotel notifies guests via an in-room iPad if the Northern Lights are visible. It would have been amazing if we had seen them, but unfortunately, the night we stayed was cloudy with light rain. Nevertheless, if you need a place to stay near Santa Claus Village for a night, I think this is a pretty good option overall.

KkelvinchewsvIt was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready.
The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy.
We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast.
The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair).
Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different.

AAussie_ShaI caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze.
Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep.
Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner.
Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly.
The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊
There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything.
I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi.

CChris LumThis was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of two)! The glass cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. Note that this resort serves only five cabins and no one else, so the exclusivity is unsurpassed! It is also beside a frozen lake and you can walk to the middle to catch the auroras. A lot of nature activities to occupy the family in the daytime. Some recommendations would be the sauna+frozen lake dip, ice fishing and hiking to the rock church. The founder of the resort, Theo, is ultra friendly and nice and all the staff there (shoutout to Millie and Guillaume!) really go above and beyond to help make our stay there so memorable. All the photos uploaded I took with just my iphone16. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Rovaniemi leg of our trip.

GGuest UserFamily of 3 book room with extra bed . Location was superb next to mall and eateries . Just next door is Chinese restaurant. Hotel is about 15-20 mins away from airport and took a mini van via meter to hotel cost 45euro. Breakfast was good . To the bus station to Ivalo is only 10mins away but suggest to grab a taxi cos it difficult to drag ur luggage through snow .

MMok TMSantasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.

Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.
