You get what you pay for. I’ve stayed at these apartments many times when I’ve needed a break from work. They are located 10 minutes from the airport so you land and you’re virtually there. The apartment was clean with a kettle fridge and microwave. We ate out every evening. It is about a 20 minute walk downhill into Caleta de fuste. We got a cab back 3 euros. The beds were very basic and I’ll be glad to get back to the comfort of my own mattress. There are several pools you can use and all are clean with plenty of sunbeds but the pool was cold. I would come again and I know exactly what to expect.

Atendimento cordial e sempre prestativo. O café da manhã era saboroso e com muitas opções. É preciso usar táxi para se locomover, mas isso não chega a ser um problema, na minha opinião. Os quartos são espaçosos, com uma bela varanda, e a piscina é ótima.

É um hotel para turismo de massa... e faz muito sucesso dessa forma, então tudo estava bem organizado para os hóspedes. Alguns problemas triviais podem surgir para hóspedes individuais nesse ambiente... Como estacionar nosso carro alugado, foi um pouco difícil devido à falta de vagas à noite. Enfim... De qualquer forma, foi uma estadia agradável para nós.

Hotel con una buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, cerca de todos los puntos de interes.la habitacion interior normalita , la cama comoda. El unico pero es la bañera que al entrar y al salir te puedes resbalar

We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite! It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.

Contando de la base que no nos podíamos alojar en el establecimiento que habíamos reservado por problemas del hotel con el aire acondicionado creo recordar , nos realojaron en uno mucho mejor y con unos servicios excepcionales tanto en condiciones del hotel como el personal.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

A charming, old-fashioned hotel in an isolated, spectacular location. Food in restaurant is authentic and excellent, even if the service is a bit slow. I stayed in 6 places in El Hierro, and no question this one is the top as regards international service standards. I had a room with a balcony and it was lovely, with the only annoyance for me being that all rooms seem to offer 2 twins beds and none with one double bed, which is pretty common among old-style Spanish hotels.
