Nice hotel located in a great location rooms where comfortable modern and clean. Shame the pool was so far away, not much options for breakfast pretty standard. Staff where friendly and polite

Bom hotel no calçadão de El Arenal. Quarto grande o suficiente. Buffet de café da manhã rico e bom. Eu iria a este hotel novamente a qualquer momento. A única pequena desvantagem: há apenas um elevador, embora o hotel tenha muitos quartos.

Fiquei num quarto renovado, muito bom. Tenha em atenção que a casa de banho tem uma porta de vidro transparente. O chão estava sujo; pedi que o lavassem, mas apenas varreram e deixaram-no sujo. Depois de contactar a receção, finalmente lavaram o chão, mas no dia seguinte só o varreram novamente. Não havia cobertor no quarto, senti frio à noite e não consegui dormir. Desci até à receção para pedir um cobertor, mas disseram que não havia nenhum, mas depois de eu ter ficado triste, o funcionário deu-me o seu cobertor. Não há roupões, champô ou condicionador de cabelo nos quartos, nem lugar para pendurar toalhas. O hotel tem animação, o que é bastante estranho. Mas o hotel está idealmente localizado, ao lado de uma bela praia onde pessoas de toda a cidade vêm nadar. Os funcionários são simpáticos e as pessoas são agradáveis. Vim depois do Hotel HM, que era muito melhor em termos de estética e limpeza. Os pequenos-almoços tinham pouca variedade, bastante dececionantes. Não quero voltar a este hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra a 3 minutos de la playa, el desayuno espectacular, la cena no merece la pena. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la asignación de la habitación, ya que según nos indicaron te asignan la habitación (reformada o no) según con quien reserves, yo reservé con trip y se ve que si no reservas con booking no te tocan las habitaciones buenas. Nosotros hablamos cuando llegamos con un señor, bastante borde y antipático, le comentamos el problema de no haber reservado esa habitación, tras debatir con él, nos indicó que al día siguiente hablásemos con una señor que iba a estar en recepción, la señora fue súper maja, agradable y resolutiva. Al igual que todos los que estaban en recepción.

My stay at The Loft House Ibiza was amazing! As I arrived early in the day, I couldn't check in right away, but I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail by the pool. I was able to relax there while my luggage was safely stored. I found a beautiful and very spacious apartment, with a nice balcony offering a partial sea view and a stunning sunrise! Everything looked brand new, as the hotel had just opened. The beds were wonderfully large and firm, located in a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and effective blackout curtains. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was lovely, with soft towels and plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room also had a fantastic (sleeper) sofa and was very comfortable, also equipped with air conditioning. The entire apartment exuded a sense of calm and was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew me by name, which immediately made me feel at home. The service was very personalized, and everyone greeted me. The personal welcome note certainly contributed to this. There were also fruit and bottled water in the room. A special mention goes to Barbara: I've never met a receptionist who was so energetic, friendly, cheerful, authentic, helpful, and proactive. Truly a huge asset to the hotel! Thank you for everything, Barbara! The accompanying bar, Fenomenal, serves a fantastic breakfast, which I enjoyed every morning. You also get a discount on other menu items. The tacos are highly recommended! Additionally, the hotel is very centrally located, right in the heart of the lively center. For example, the Punta Arabi hippie market is just a few minutes' walk away. Across from and next to the hotel are several establishments that are open until late at night. This was very convenient, but I experienced no noise issues. It was also great that the hotel has private parking spaces, as parking in Es Canar itself is not easy. It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave this wonderful place, but I will definitely be back! A beautiful new permanent address in Ibiza! Truly recommended, with excellent value for money! ❤️

Very Nice Trip!!

Não optei pelo pacote de comida, então teria sido bom ter algum tipo de máquina de chá e café e possivelmente uma pequena geladeira já no quarto. Notei um cartaz na recepção de um frigorífico com 40 €. Não tenho certeza se isso é um depósito ou uma cobrança. A localização é boa, com acesso aos ônibus EMT e TIB, o EMT aceita apenas dinheiro e o TIB permite que você ligue e desligue com um cartão bancário normal. Prepare-se para que seu banheiro se torne um cômodo escorregadio e úmido, pois os produtos de limpeza nunca substituem toalhas molhadas ou tapetes. O chuveiro transborda rapidamente. Além disso, para caber no vaso sanitário da maneira certa, você teria que ter 4 ”2, então você tem que sentar nele de lado, pois a parede fica bem na frente dele.

Très bel hôtel , le personnel aux petits soins et très souriant. Les chambres sont grandes avec une kitchenette et une literie de qualité. Une amélioration est souhaitable au niveau de la qualité et du goût de la nourriture proposée .

Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.
