It was a great stop on the way home. Great hotel right in the middle of town, next to the troika cafe and a pub. The complimentary tea was delicious but sadly did not include creamer. The breakfast being offered is more like buffet food. All in all, totally worth the price, and a great venue for experiencing Tallinn. The employees working at the counter were lovely.

Excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos, você mesmo pode entregar a chave do quarto em três mesas separadas com um computador. Mas não gostei muito de duas coisas - a falta de cofre (talvez não tenha conseguido encontrar) e o segundo ponto negativo é o escoamento lento da água do banheiro e apenas um buraco no banheiro no local onde deveria ser uma coisa tão cromada para controlar o enchimento de água (isso é muito desagradável) número 1018. Fora isso, tudo que eu gostei muito. Ótimo café da manhã.

Precisei fazer o check-in e pegar a chave no outro hotel. Não sabia disso desde o início, então perdi um pouco de tempo. O quarto é bom. Fica perto da cidade velha, mas meu quarto é ao lado da rua, então consigo ouvir tudo lá fora e isso me incomodou enquanto dormia. Mas, pelo preço, o quarto é bom e vale a pena.

Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно

A segunda vez que a reserva aqui é UMA boa melhoria desde a minha última estadia.Algumas empregadas de manhã estão sorrindo e a saudar-nos.Algumas ainda não, MAS esta é UMA melhoria desde a minha última revisão. O check-in foi fácil, MAS as crianças não conseguiram um livro de coloração desta vez 😆 Talvez só para primeiras vezes. Já temos quartos Mais limpos e melhores, provavelmente devido à renovação. O parque hídrico ainda é bom e limpo.Recomendamos com certeza que este hotel seja feito para famílias com crianças e até para pessoas que gostam de nadar, de saída e de saunas. A localização é ótima porque é um salto longe de UMA estação de tram.

O café da manhã é estilo buffet, mas com poucas opções em comparação com outros hotéis. Pessoalmente, não me incomodou. O quarto é bastante espaçoso para uma pessoa. Há TV, secador de cabelo, cabides e uma geladeira no quarto, o que é ótimo. Não há chaleira no quarto, mas peguei uma emprestada na recepção. O atendimento dos funcionários é razoável. Há uma sauna turca e uma sauna finlandesa, se desejar. No geral, tem um bom custo-benefício.

Localização estratégica, a poucos passos da Cidade Velha, do Terminal de Balsas e do principal centro comercial (em frente, na rua, há uma loja H&M e um supermercado no prédio ao lado). Restaurante com opções de comida muçulmana também a uma curta distância a pé. Quartos espaçosos e com decoração moderna.

Self check-in was easy, the apartment was modern and very clean, the host had put sheets on the couch for me in advance when I informed them about needing the couch for sleeping. The host also sent us very nicely made instructions for check-in and check-out.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

Нету кондиционеров, вообще. Очень душно, за окном жара 27 градусов. Ночью пришлось спать с открытым окном, но на улице комары. В здании полным ходом идет ремонт, что тоже создаёт свои неудобства. Завтраки очень скудные. Бананы на завтраке лежали уже все черные. Персонал вежливый, спа отличное, бесплатная вода в номере. Сюда только ради спа, если просто остановиться на ночь, то лучше рассмотреть другой вариант.
