"Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.
I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station."

"Nice location close to Train Station and transport hub. Close to the market selling Winter Wormwood Fungus with a huge statue of a wormwood. Lots of food choices around. 1 Yuan bus fares to anywhere I think. Too bad it was rainy and cloudy during my stay. Construction renovations going on the building housing the Hotel so expect noise to disturb your stay for the time being or the winter months. Breakfast tickets are for the restaurant next-door which serves bao-zi and soups and noodles. You are allowed anything up to 14yuan total for breakfast. Only problem was the time it took for hot water to flow to the room. It must be a long way from the heating source. Rooms are clean and in good condition for the ratings level the Hotel has."

"A perfect stay experience. The hotel is fully equipped with gym, laundry room, intelligent control room. The room is large, convenient to wash, dry and wet separation. Most importantly, the amount of water and temperature for washing are also very good! Breakfast is also very powerful. There was no breakfast when I booked. The front desk lady was very intimate to upgrade the room, give breakfast coupons, and the service was very thoughtful. "It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. Guest UserMy recent business trip to Xining led me to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors. The facilities were well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and even proactively offered local sightseeing tips. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Guest UserThe hotel is connected to the train station. I had trouble finding the parking garage entrance at first, and the staff weren't very patient when explaining it later. Also, there's no air conditioning, so it was a bit hot, and the fan was quite noisy. Otherwise, everything else was okay.

The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe room was decent, but some details felt a bit basic. The first room we checked into had a strong sewer smell. However, the front desk and staff were very proactive in addressing the issue, and the room they moved us to next door was much better. When we checked out, the staff kindly helped us take our luggage to the car, which was a definite plus. The room had central air conditioning, and the front desk mentioned that the cold air would stop after 11 PM. It turns out that Xining's weather cools down significantly at night, so it really wasn't needed. I even had to put on a long-sleeved shirt when I went out at 10 AM the next day.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to get a great rest after a long day of driving. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, parking was convenient, and the amenities were comprehensive. The location is also very convenient, saving time and effort when getting around. The attention to detail was impressive, it offered great value for money, and they even had late-night snacks! It's a perfect stop for a long road trip. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Guest UserHighly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the train station, just a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient for catching a train. The room is very spacious, open and not cramped. It also has air conditioning, which is central but you can control it yourself, very convenient. The most pleasant surprise in the room was the humidifier, which made us first-time visitors to Xining feel very comfortable. The entire room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, and check-in was very efficient. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

Guest UserOn this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats).
I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
