Accessible, clean hotel. I had to deliver some packages and they practically kicked the gentleman out of the room, which was prohibited. I told them it would take 3 minutes and they kicked us out immediately. I left the place.

The electric shower did not work; the room was made of lombric roofs, and on the roof was opened to the corridor, which was not privacy; the bathroom seemed still in work

I didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

The hotel is well located, near everything and mainly the beach. The service is excellent, the room is perfect. I just leave my criticism of parking that is a little confused and tight and breakfast that could have more options.

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

A única coisa que tenho a reclamar foi que pela amanhã estava tocando musicas evangélicas no café da manhã, e a televisão estava desligada. Sugiro orientar aos colaboradores ou a quem de direito que não convém música ambiente ser de orientação religiosa, ou músicas agitadas, uma música clássica ou bossa nova, ou instrumental é muito mais coerente com a diversidade do ambiente (especialmente porque vocês recebem também estrangeiros). Já sobre a televisão, sugiro estar ligada no noticiário para que as pessoas possam se informar dos acontecimentos do dia que ainda não tiveram acesso. No mais, o café da amanhã é excelente, espero que mantenham sempre esse padrão, para mim o melhor de Linhares. Limpeza e conforto do quarto e o atendimento dos colaboradores também estão acima da média, só tenho elogios.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

The hotel is located on main street with food access to the big bridge that connects the villa velha. Not so far away is little favela but if you go the city is a good area. The hotel is designed in 2000 year style so is not super modern but is not vintage. The wet sauna and small swimming pool is a plus. View from the 4th floor is half residents buildings and half mountain, which is the best spot for a picture in the hotel.

Only 1 night stay . Hotel staff very helpful at checkin . Location is fine as was breakfast . The only pity was asking for checkout at 1500 . This was not possible due hotel very full . Happy with stay overall
