Não é a primeira vez que EU fiquei Neste hotel.Como sempre o serviço Na altura.Pedi para escolher as quartos, ver e escolher Mais que gostei. Toda a gente é limpa e de manhã, a água é trazida. A vista é Muito bonita. O jantar está piorando, a escolha é menor e a escassez de recursos para esta categoria de hotel.Bem-vindo Spa, Pessoal, especialmente não-russo-sensor muito bem-vindos (a menina-cossack comunica à frente, há chuva desagradável). Também é bom cair perto Da piscina.No balcão é UMA mentira confortável.E desta vez houve vestidos de tamanho novo e macios.Por que não havia chapéu de chuveiro e molho de pasta, não é claro comer, às vezes não. Foi Muito bom ter o elogio do hotel - UMA placa de fruta e UMA garrafa de vinho.Obrigado, EU certamente Voltarei. Отличное место для отдыха как на пару дней так и на долгий срок, за неделю проживания там мы стали друзьями с персоналом отеля, к нам относились с заботой и пониманием, отличный завтрак которого хватает до вечера, все необходимые удобства можно попросить у персонала и вам не откажут, до пляжа всего 5 минут и также есть Migros, внутри отеля есть выход на улицу это очень удобно.
Мы обязательно приедем сюда снова!

The Dogan Hotel was really good. The rooms were as per the photos provided by Trip.com. Service was excellent. I would recommend these hotel and it was close to the beach and the main market.

A localização é realmente boa, porém a desvantagem é que fica MUITO BARULHENTO à noite devido à música ao vivo que para por volta da 1h da manhã. Se você é sensível a barulho e dorme cedo, talvez seja melhor repensar a reserva. De resto, a equipe foi razoável. Eles só permitem um dispositivo conectado ao Wi-Fi, que ficava desconectando o tempo todo, então tive que ligar várias vezes para resolver o problema. Não há elevador no prédio e o café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias. Mas, no geral, foi bom. Só precisei comprar protetores auriculares para aguentar o barulho.

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5.
What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

É recomendado para quem quer passar umas férias maravilhosas com vista para a serra.
Os funcionários foram simpáticos, a vista era linda, eles nos proporcionaram umas férias maravilhosas.
Como era inverno, fomos transferidos para o andar do terraço. Aquecemos muito bem com ar condicionado e até pulamos na piscina. O calor e a vista panorâmica do elegante piso do telhado eram muito agradáveis. Foi ótimo ter uma cozinha e um quarto separados.

Mas, EM vez de ter reservado, EU tive UMA sala de estar Na rua, e era Muito barulhento, então EU não consegui dormir bem.
O Wi-Fi apenas funcionou Na minha sala, MAS só existia no Nome, embora funcionou bem no edifício principal.
Quando pedi para mudar para um edifício principal, EU Fui informado que seria possível depois de OS convidados já terem chegado, então EU esperei, MAS depois de eles saírem, o pessoal mudou SUA história. Para piorar as coisas, a sala estava desbloqueada após a limpeza, o que me fez sentir muito incomodado.
Em geral, fiquei muito desapontado porque fui colocado num quarto completamente diferente do que eu originalmente escolhi.

O prédio do hotel é lindo e fica bem ao lado da praia. O único problema é que o ar-condicionado nunca funcionava. Era no andar mais baixo, mas nunca refrigerava o quarto. A maioria dos funcionários era simpática e prestativa, mas os funcionários do restaurante do 10º andar poderiam ter sido um pouco mais simpáticos e receptivos. O hotel tem uma bela área de piscina, com um ótimo happy hour.

GGuest UserI recently spent my summer holiday at this resort and overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers a great combination of comfort, family-friendly activities, and beachfront access that made our stay memorable.
The rooms were comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy and fresh.
The food was another highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of dishes available, with something to satisfy every taste. From freshly grilled meats to well-prepared vegetarian options, we found the meals consistently delicious. There were also plenty of kid-friendly choices, which made dining as a family much easier.
For families traveling with children, this resort really shines. There are numerous activities tailored for kids, including a dedicated water splash zone that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The resort features two swimming pools, one for adults and another specifically for children, so everyone has their own space to relax or play.
One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location, situated right next to the beach, it only takes a few steps to get from your room to the sea. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers available for guests to relax and enjoy the view.
In the evenings, the resort comes alive with music and live performances. These nightly events create a vibrant atmosphere and offer a great way to wind down after a day in the sun. It really added a fun and lively touch to the overall experience.
That said, there were a couple of areas where the resort could improve. The staff's knowledge of English was quite limited, which occasionally led to miscommunications. For instance, I ordered a pide with meat on two different occasions and received a cheese one both times. Similar mix-ups happened with other items as well, so it's something to keep in mind if you don’t speak the local language.
Another small issue was with the room service system. The resort provides door tags to indicate if you don't want your room cleaned, but unfortunately, those signs were often ignored. Even when we hung the “Do Not Disturb” label, housekeeping still entered the room, which was a bit frustrating.
Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great value and a wonderful setting for a family holiday.

TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

GGuest UserCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

We missed dinner when we checked in, but they thoughtfully prepared a meal for us – big thumbs up! 👍 It was quite chilly in February with all the rain, and we couldn't figure out the AC at night. We thought there wasn't any and endured two nights, only to find out at check-out that it did have heating. They even said they could have moved us to another room if we had reported it. The food is definitely the highlight here; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all incredibly good value and varied. Especially with prices skyrocketing in Turkey, we didn't even touch the entertainment facilities and still felt it was a fantastic deal. Oh, and they gave us roses on Valentine's Day! 🌹 Thank you so much! 😍

JJiangdoudouzi1. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach viewpoint. You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go…
2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious.
3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud.
4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average.
5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!
