Hotéis Beach em Selangor, Malaysia

Vim ficar aqui a noite toda para assistir Ao Nosso evento de alunos. A sala é espaçosa, com um balcão perto do jardim, mas o sofá precisava de limpeza, porque havia parches de tinta e alguns (cookies?) de crumbs quando eu entro primeiro. O estacionamento está perto do quarto, MAS é um pouco incómodo para me atrair as malas. O ferro fornecido no quarto foi enxaguado. Não me lembro até adicionar água para o vapor funcionar - em vez disso, esgotou e molhou toda a placa de ferro. Os meus vestidos acabaram por se molhar enquanto eu tentou enxaguar-os. O ferro precisa de substituição. O jantar do Nosso Grupo era inferior à média.O café e o chá serviram com açúcar e super doce.O pequeno-almoço estava BEM para o preço.O renda de galinha, croissant e curry de sardinha são entre aqueles que são deliciosos Na distribuição do pequeno-almoço. Vim ficar aqui há Cerca de 13-14 anos, MAS Agora acho que as quartos precisam de UMA boa renovação.

Excellent experience this time. Check in process is fast, smooth and received a room upgrade (maybe as we stayed here before too). Much appreciate it! Room is clean, comfortable, the upgraded room has business corner with all the needed stationeries and high quality harman kardon entertainment speaker too. Hotel is directly connected to the Sunway Pyramid, conveniently located in the center of Subang Jaya easy for food, shopping.

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

Altamente recomendado para Família, para quarto superior podemos acomodar 3 pessoas e 1 criança, pois há sofá longo dentro do quarto, podemos escolher o quarto de nossa preferência. Até agora o atendimento foi muito bom, a comida do café da manhã era deliciosa e variada. Teremos prazer em ver show de fogos de artifício, ciclismo, sala de teatro e etc.

Nice experience in 7 floor suite. Nice view and panorama. Feeling good in pool. But suite no towel floor to wipe foot. Air-conditioning very well. Some chanel tv not clear. At all experience not bad. Hope can come again.

Washroom a bit dirty during check in. Room is spacious but is not king bed as per booked Two single bed joined together. Fridge provided though, but no netflix. Blanket too rough and pillow too hard, not comfortable to sleep in. Photo irrelevant but fyr, the resort is awesome nonetheless, swimming pool is clean and has great view.

-Poor customer service -the aircond in masterbedroom only feels blower and noisy -the water heater not functioning - tv not functioning - sofa rosak Pro - near the beach - toilet clean hope the management can do the improvement for the better stay.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏
