I stay at this hotel often and have no complaints at all.its convenient and right by tram stop.great value for the price you pay.plenty of hot water for bath or shower. Beds are reasonably comfortable and for an old hotel i think they do more than their best to give a good clean room and service.

Recentemente fiquei no Hilton Hotel em Blackpool e tive UMA experiência muito agradável.O pessoal estava Quente e bem-vinda desde o momento EM que cheguei, e nada era demasiado difícil. A minha sala estava confortável, limpa e bem equipada, oferecendo tudo o que precisava para relaxar.
O hotel está localizado com excelentes vistas e fácil acesso à margem e às atrações locais.O pequeno-almoço foi delicioso com muita escolha, e o serviço foi eficiente em todo o lado.
Em geral, tive UMA estadia maravilhosa e Voltei felizmente.Recomendado a todos visitarem a piscina Negra.

It's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

The room was very clean upon arrival and a good temperature. Would go again. Right on Blackpool Pleasure Beach and near everything else. Also close to Blackpool South Station.

O hotel é Grande, MAS datado.
Está em uma bela posição no passeio e o tram Gynn Square para diretamente oposto.
Há UMA Loja de Premieres EM torno Da esquina para itens essenciais.
A sala não estava pronta, apesar de eu ter sido um pouco passado com o tempo, mas o pessoal rapidamente corrigido de forma amigável e eficiente.
A sala estava adequada e limpa, é UMA Grande placa de ferro e de ferro.
Eu não comei lá, MAS tive muitas peças para fazer UMA bebida no quarto.
A TV Na Sala sentiu-se EM casa, com o som distante DOS marinheiros lembrando-me que estava no mar.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic.
Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future.
Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great.

EEileen Louise PlunkettWe were travelling to Blackpool for a dance competition at Blackpool tower. The location of this hotel was perfect, we had a lovely sea view room as it was right on the sea front. I arrived separately from my friends by train, I walked from the train station to the hotel and it was very easy to find and took me about 15 mins. The staff were very helpful and I wasn’t checked in very quickly. While waiting on my friends I went to check out the hotel. I used the pool and steam rooms and then used the gym. There was a charge of £2.00 for these facilities which I was happy to pay. I know other people on various reviews I have read had complained about these charges. Especially if there was a few of them travelling as a family. The hotel looks very nice in all the public areas and was very clean. As I have already said it’s in a very good location and I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Blackpool as it is also very good value for money

Who rang and cancelled our holiday with 7 days to go due to maintenance ( so they said )was fuming but back to review
Hotel a little dated but staff were very friendly and attentive
Very nice breakfast but with it been quieter no entertainment which was disappointing

GGuest UserDecent hotel for the price. Isn't the cleanest hotel but sort of acceptable. Would recommend to those looking for a cheap stay but if you have a little extra budget then better off spending the little extra for something better. Was allowed to check out later than usual which was very beneficial to get a little extra sleep in after enjoying the night out.

GGuest UserA stay to remember… for better and worse
I’ll start with the highlight: the staff at Blue Waters Hotel were absolutely exceptional. Warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly—they made me feel like I’d wandered into a live episode of Fawlty Towers, minus the chaos. Their charm and effort were the saving grace of my stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of TLC. My room’s curtains detached dramatically and collapsed to the floor, leaving my window fully exposed to the car park and main street. Not ideal—especially with a rather sad pile of rubbish lingering in the corner outside.
The leisure facilities didn’t fare much better. The pool was cloudy and didn’t feel well maintained, and the sauna was out of order during my visit. A shame, as I’d been looking forward to a relaxing dip.
Dinner was, frankly, disappointing. We ordered roasted pork, which arrived cold, and the vegetables were so overcooked they seemed to have time-traveled from the previous night’s menu. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just about passable.
In short: brilliant staff, but the hotel itself needs a refresh—both in decor and dining. If you’re coming for the laughs and location, you might enjoy it. If you’re after comfort and cuisine, you may want to look elsewhere.

GGuest UserThe room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable.

RRobertlast Visit to this Hotel was 45 years ago, some modernisation including new carpets nice touch, warm greetings from some staff, some just ignoor you , Had Breakfast one day was overpriced at £12 the lady runing the restaurnant was brilliant , kept an eye on everything topping up what needed to be topped up , problem with lift not going to all floors they say its due to waiting for a part, I visited a Liverpool Britannia Hotel they made same excuse for years, just get it sorted .
On the trip website it says Breakfast between 7 and 9 , its now 8 and 10, also said No Children, after noticing some I asked at reception, they said that was only for a year a while ago .
When booking I did ask as bein g a big person, could I have a Shower or Access room , it doid say only of available , but nothing done or said when booking, It was nice to visit the place again but sadly there are better hotels in Blackpool not much more money, so guess wont be Visiting again for anoher 45 years, some guets I spoke to hd to see 3 or 4rooms to find one that was clean and suitable

GGuest UserThe quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect.
Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV.
The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible.
The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away.
Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed
