Natwange was a good best place ,it’s service is the best and the lady who was there on Tuesday and Wednesday she welcomed me in a nice way and she is so loving and friendly .The food it’s 10 out of 10

Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.

The place is really an amazing place. well caring staff members with a welcoming smile.l really felt at home beyond the boarders. O hotel é de per excelência e a sua infelizmente não passou muito tempo lá para explorar outras instalações devido a um atraso de nove horas do voo.No entanto, desde a chegada ao hotel, a recepção foi surpreendente, porque eu tinha transportado todas as minhas bagagens para a minha sala. A sala excedeu as minhas expectativas, e o mobiliário antigo é bom.A casa de banho TEM Duche e tubo e é Muito limpa.A área de jantar é limpa e eu gostei do alimento.

設施：都很新，有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。有熱水壺，但是壞了，打電話給前台換了個好的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。免費水是瓶子灌裝的。打掃衞生後會忘記放水。 環境：周邊有中餐館，有中國超市。 服務：服務沒有很突出，也不差。

Perfect location and clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request. A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

It’s convenient but there is a big door of improvements for housekeeping many things were missing including misquotes in the room I got bitten within the 5 minutes I got there

Adoráveis quartos.Mas, novamente, recusou-se a reembolsar um check-out anterior. Perdeu duas noites de estadia para duas quartos, embora tenhamos notificado o hotel alguns dias antes. Não tínhamos intenção de pagar uma coima por fazer a estadia mais curta, mas isso nunca foi uma opção. Eles rejeitaram o Nosso pedido de reembolso.Caso contrário, o hotel é bonito e OS MEUS convidados gostam de ficar lá. Por isso, EU ainda reservarei para a SUA estadia lá.
