"Nossa estadia neste hotel foi, no geral, uma experiência agradável. A propriedade em si ostenta um charme exótico, com um design convidativo e único. O hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e a atenção aos detalhes na manutenção das instalações era evidente. O café da manhã foi um destaque, oferecendo uma seleção rica e diversificada, incluindo uma variedade de pratos locais e doces tradicionais — uma maneira perfeita de começar o dia imerso na cultura local. O serviço no restaurante foi caloroso e atencioso. Um elogio especial vai para o jovem garçom que nos recebeu com um comportamento amigável quando chegamos cedo pela manhã, direto do aeroporto. Sua hospitalidade deu um tom positivo à nossa estadia. O SPA e as instalações da piscina estavam bem conservados, proporcionando um refúgio relaxante. Um era da mesma categoria (quarto Clássico), enquanto os outros dois eram quartos Superiores, oferecendo mais espaço e vistas melhores. Apreciamos a oportunidade de fazer um upgrade e escolhemos um dos quartos Superiores. No entanto, quando chegou a hora de preparar o novo quarto — especificamente reorganizando as camas de solteiro para uma cama king-size — a equipe de limpeza pareceu menos receptiva. Sua atitude foi visivelmente negativa, o que foi decepcionante, considerando o alto nível de serviço em todo o hotel. Apesar desse contratempo, nossa estadia foi agradável. A localização do hotel é um pouco afastada do centro da cidade, mas é facilmente acessível a pé, de 15 a 20 minutos, ou com uma corrida de táxi muito acessível. "I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk."

"Everything was satisfactory, but one incident really upset me, and the lies made it even worse. The location was good, and the facilities were nice. But then, one day, an employee suddenly opened our door with a master key, and I saw a woman behind them. As soon as the door slightly opened, my husband quickly closed it. An hour passed, and no one said anything, so I complained to Trip.com. The employee apologized and I thought it was just a misunderstanding that ended. But then I received a note afterwards that said it wasn't an employee, but another guest who tried to open the door, and that they didn't actually open it or enter, and that they had spoken to that guest. I initially wondered if a guest had confused their room and asked an employee to open it for them. But then I realized that the employee's mistake was completely omitted, and the person who tried to open the door was written as a guest from another room. I was even more upset thinking about how someone could present an incident report like that."

"We had an amazing stay at Mirana Boutique Hotel in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location, with many of the main attractions within walking distance, which made it very easy to explore the beautiful city of Bukhara. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean. The facilities are excellent; brand new and high-tech facilities. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. It was a great way to start the day. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Mirshod, Abdulaziz and Khayit went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality and kindness really made a difference and made us feel at home. Bukhara is such a beautiful and with very hospitable people, and staying at Mirana Boutique Hotel made our experience even more special. "Rating: 10/10 ”This hotel is a real eastern fairy tale! Once you open the door, you get into the amazing world of eastern color. The hotel is new, but at the same time decorated with great love for tradition each detail is thought up to tiny. The rooms are decorated in authentic eastern style, with very comfortable and comfortable. Bed just excellent has slept wonderfully. The hotel has a cozy recreation area where you can just lie down, relax and drink a cup of aroma tea. And the pool is a separate bonus, especially in the heat! A separate thanks to host an incredibly hospitality man, showed real eastern hospitality. He went to meet us and allowed us to stay at the hotel 3 hours after departure so that we could quietly wait for the train. Free! It is expensive.
