Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

O pequeno-almoço foi a única desilusão para mim, porque esperava muito mais variedade, como alguns dos Hilton's que eu fiquei com. Eu ainda ficaria aqui para ter certeza.

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

Parking space is available if you come by car. Clean room & hygienic toilet. Good shower. Comfy bed & pillow. Good wifi. Good lighting & sufficient power points in the room. Few eating shops / restaurants next to the hotel if you want to eat. Breakfast is good & sufficient too. Pricewise, affordable.

Otelin konumu biraz yokuşlu ve otobana yakın, kendi otoparkı yok ama cadde sakin olduğu için sorun olmadı. Otelin içi ve dizaynı çok hoştu sıcacık bir atmosferi var. Biz spayı kullanmadık ama odaları temiz düzenli ve genişti. Ferah bir tasarımı ve kolaylıkları var. Sadece bir yastıkta beyaz lekeler vardı onu kullanmak istemedik. Onun dışında kettle poşet çaylar, su ve granül kahve odamızda bulunuyordu. Sabunları ve tuvaletteki küçük eşyaları çok tatlı düşünülmüş kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Kahvaltısı tek tip ama yeterliydi

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!
