Szkoda, że w pokoju nie było czajnika, herbaty ani butelki wody (lub informacji, żeby pić kranówkę). Łazienka mogłaby być dokładniej posprzątana. Śniadanie ok, bez rewelacji. Sam budynek robi duże wrażenie, ciekawa architektura.

The hotel is really nice and the service at the reception is top notch.They even let us use the board games up stairs. The breakfast was delicious, several options and they all tasted good. The location is convenient and close to everything. The parking is not included but there is a parking lot you need to pay for yourself on the upper floors. The bad thing is that our room didn't have a window but apart from that everything went smoothly.

Fraai historisch gebouw met een nieuw geconstrueerd gebouw erachter. In het centrum , 10 minuten lopen van het station. Héél aardige mensen bij de receptie. Prima ont bijt en bij de prijs inbegrepen een klein buffet s avonds. Heel handig en lekker. Hele dag door koffie en thee en wafels tussen 15 en 17 uur. Het heet het Home hotel en zo voel je je ook!

This was my first time staying here, and it was a great experience, so I would definitely recommend it to others.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no noise at all.

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.

GGuest UserThe family room was selected, the room was quite big, the scenery was very good, the breakfast was very rich, in the city center, it was very convenient to go to the surrounding shopping malls and restaurants, and it was very quiet. The opposite was the 24-hour gym. The waiters were very polite.

JJINGUOThe location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. There are many bars, and the girls serving in them are blond and blue-eyed. Polite.
