Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!
O quarto era menor do que o esperado. Se você for ao restaurante para tomar café da manhã cedo, você só poderá pedir comida, não buffet, o que não é algo com o qual você está acostumado. Se não fosse pelo chão arenoso com bagagem e pela dificuldade de caminhar, eles não teriam chamado o ônibus. No final, não consegui esperar e tive que andar metade do caminho com minha bagagem antes que o ônibus chegasse. Também havia pequenos animais estranhos na sala.

Sou um viajante solitário para AlUla e não conduzo.Antes Da minha viagem, EU note que muitos hotéis/B&Bs não oferecem refeições e não há restaurantes perto. Cloud & Residence TEM SEU próprio restaurante e, por isso, salva o problema de procurar comida.Todo o pessoal é Muito amigável e super útil.O Wifi funciona bem.Espero poder visitar de novo.
Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.
I had high expectations for Habitas, especially considering the price point, but unfortunately the service did not live up to it.
First, communication was a recurring issue. Several staff members, particularly at the reception, were not fluent in English, which led to multiple instances of miscommunication and incorrect information. For a property that caters to international guests, it is essential to have front desk staff who can communicate clearly and confidently in English.
The experience at Tama Restaurant was even more disappointing. One of the male staff members was noticeably rude. We were presented with the bill even though we had not requested it, which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, when my friend, who had just finished swimming, was told she could not sit because she was wet, no alternative solution was offered. No bathrobe, no towel, no assistance. She was effectively expected to stand while eating. When this was raised, there was no apology or sense of accountability.
For the price charged, the level of service falls significantly short. Compared to other luxury properties such as Banyan Tree, where the staff are consistently warm and attentive, the difference in hospitality is very noticeable.
Habitas has beautiful surroundings, but service is what defines a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay.
The hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.
Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

GGuest UserThe hotel is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy. It's far from the Haram, but the shuttle service works well. A plus for the location is its proximity to Mount Uhud.

AAmal_92The hotel was difficult to reach directly using the contact details provided in the hotel's information. However, I was able to request approval for my stay through Trip.com's chat service. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the booking system for OTA reservations, which caused a significant delay in getting our room. The facilities were quite basic; they only provided paper cups in the room and refills were by request. We booked a triple room but received a room with four beds, making it very cramped. On the upside, the location is excellent, very close to Gate 307 of the Nabawi Mosque courtyard. Because of this fantastic location, I believe I would book this hotel again if I return for Umrah. I hope they can improve their facilities and services in the future.

IIhtiishamI went with my friend to visit medina, although the hotel is near haram but due to construction you have to move all around the construction site which is almost 3-4km that makes it very away from haram.

At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family.
Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well.
Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future.
Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably.
More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
