Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

The location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead.

Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre. 10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station. Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station

A localização é muito boa, em frente ao aeroporto, muito conveniente, adequada para transferências e não quer ir para a cidade. O pequeno-almoço no hotel é bom, bastante rico, e o serviço é muito amigável. O horário de funcionamento também é muito cedo, para que possa tomar o pequeno-almoço mesmo que tenha um voo cedo.

O hostel fica no bairro de Wola, a 20 minutos da Estação Central de Varsóvia de bonde ou ônibus. No geral, estava bem limpo. Fiquei no dormitório para 6 pessoas de frente para a rua principal, que era bastante barulhento à noite. Tive que fechar a maioria das janelas, embora o ambiente ficasse um pouco abafado, para abafar o barulho. As instalações do quarto eram básicas e havia gel de banho e secador de cabelo no banheiro. Para usar a cozinha e outras instalações, é preciso pagar. Não havia armários individuais para os hóspedes e havia um guarda-roupa de uso comum, mas ninguém guardava seus pertences lá.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

Originalmente, reservei um hotel diferente, mas ele foi cancelado devido a reformas. O Teip providenciou um hotel substituto, o que me deixou inseguro no início, pois não tinha informações prévias. No entanto, após o check-in, achei que era bastante razoável. O hotel tem uma localização conveniente perto da linha 9 do bonde, que vai diretamente para a estação central — muito útil para me locomover. O quarto era limpo e tinha um tamanho razoável, embora não fosse muito espaçoso. Uma desvantagem é que não havia isolamento acústico — eu conseguia ouvir o barulho do trânsito, especialmente dos bondes e ônibus, que começavam às 5 da manhã, o que dificultava dormir. Também tive um problema com minha passagem aérea e precisei fazer ligações dentro da Polônia. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e me permitiu usar o telefone sem cobrar nenhuma taxa extra. Agradeço muito o apoio deles durante aquele período estressante.

The hotel is good , located near to Airport and easy to reach from central station. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast was really good with hot and cold serve both handle. Multiple options which also suites the kids.

Close to Chopin airport only take 6-7mins drive to the terminal. Suite is tiny but cozy, facilities just a necessity so without fridge and water heater. But I think it’s enough for 1 night stay before take off plane
