Foi o melhor hotel em que fiquei. O buffet de café da manhã era extenso e delicioso. Nós gostamos muito da estadia. Eu recomendaria este hotel a todos que estão planejando visitar Oslo. Fica a apenas 13 minutos a pé da estação central de Oslo. Definitivamente voltaremos.

Instalações: Muito rentável.É uma sala muito grande na Noruega.Não há espaço para abrir as malas e não há lugar para ficar.A manutenção é relativamente nova, excepto chinelos e escovas de dentes. os hotéis não têm isso. Você tem que ficar na banheira para tomar banho. O secador de cabelo é potente e há pequenas janelas para ventilação. Serviço: Não há serviço Depois de passar o cartão no elevador, pressione o chão e siga as instruções para descobrir qual elevador leva diretamente ao andar. na recepção e fale rapidamente. The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

Em geral, a minha estadia foi agradável.Embora houvesse um pequeno hip-hop com a minha reserva de quarto que atrasou a minha entrada, apreciei os esforços tanto da recepção do hotel (especialmente da Jordânia) como do representante da Trip (Nico) para resolver a questão rapidamente. A sala era bastante básica, MAS a localização e o pequeno-almoço delicioso eram Mais do que feito.Eu certamente iria pensar EM Voltar e ficar com Clarion Hotels novamente.

Great vibrant and modern hotel. Super location and staff. Rooms spacious and fab bars and restaurant and lounges to sit around in. Superb breakfast and choice too. Faultless on every level

The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train.

The hotel is very near all landmarks and easily accessible by train stations and tram. It’s a self check in hotel. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, tho the room is quite small so if you have two big luggages then its already crowded. At the lobby is a bar that is open til late at night and in one night of our stay, there was commotion and so many police came around 3am. It woke me up because of the loud noise of people shouting etc.

Excellent location, just walk out from Oslo station and you can see the hotel and have access to the hotel’s level 2 directly. Easy access to airport. Arrived late at night. Check in process was efficient. Staff was polite and offered me a free bottled mineral water which was a kind gesture as the waters/drinks in mini fridge are chargeable. Small compact room but sufficient. Kettle and steam iron available in the room which are very useful. The room is too cold for me though, I think it is around 20-21degC, I tried to adjust temperature to be warmer to 24degC but it was not possible. The restaurant staff are polite and friendly especially the staff at restaurant reception. Good breakfast, plenty of choices, particularly I like the fresh juice/smoothies. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended.
