I hadn't had the opportunity to write to you my two-day stay reduced to one for a personal emergency tell you at the reception when check out that I wouldn't take the second night and ask for reimbursement or when less I would leave that. night that you don't take as to be able to take it after they were denied claiming you had been booked for app or internet so I do not agree that I should not reintegrate the cost of that night you don't take, or that I am changed for another night, with clear respect for the restrictions that can be made.

Ten minutes from the airport, the room is fully equipped and the area is too small. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, but there are many restaurants and convenience stores around, suitable for short-term travel.

Business trip to Torreon, the hotel is on the fast roadside, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Sanitary conditions are OK, after all, you can't force it in such a place. The airport is 10 minutes drive from the hotel

This is a well-located hotel next to one of Monclova's most important avenues, which makes things easier. Friendly staff and very clean room, maybe I would suggest to remodel the room.

No respetaron nuestra reserva de hab cama extra grande, nos dieron una de 2 camas matrimoniales y que por disponibilidad … estuvimos 4 noches y nunca nos hicieron el cambio …
La alberca dice que es exterior y NO es una muy chiquita interior al lado del gimnasio
Falló el agua caliente desde el 1er día, lo reportamos y fueron de Mtto argumentando que ya había quedado y todos los días batallamos con eso, teníamos que esperar mucho y apenas salió tibia
El Wi Fi no funcionaba bien, muy lento
Salimos el domingo y al día de hoy no han liberado la cantidad que bloquearon en mi tarjeta de crédito para los consumos, que se liquidaron aparte, son $6,000
El servicio y atención de recepción, botones y meseros Excelente !!

GGuest UserI made my reservation through Trip.com and I had a payable amount of $3, 900.70 MXN. However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they commented that the amount was $4, 397.19 MXN. When they showed them my booking confirmation email and the amount for which I had booked, they commented that it was certainly a matter for the exchange rate. However, I made the observation that I reserved in MXN and the amount was in MXN, which had not because there was that detail, and yet, it is a 12.73% difference, something abuse to be by exchange rate. After insisting a few times that they were reviewing it, they were not able to correct the amount arguing that that was the price that passed to you TRIP.COM and that they could not modify it (even when I taught them the mail with the price of my reservation). It's the first time in my life I pay a different amount than that came in my booking. I'm very disappointed and I would like a refund to me. Attach a photo of the bill where the amount that was charged comes to me.
