Embora não haja muito o que fazer em Atsugi, vale a pena recomendar este hotel. É um hotel de cinco estrelas. A decoração, as instalações, a roupa de cama e os aparelhos eléctricos são muito novos, o que actualizou a minha compreensão dos hotéis japoneses que são pequenos e pobres. Especialmente a casa de banho não só separa as áreas secas e molhadas, mas também as divide. em três áreas, o que é muito bom! O quarto está equipado com geladeira, tambor, máquina de lavar roupa, micro-ondas, fogão de indução, espátula e tudo mais. Este é realmente um hotel, não um apartamento! Devo dizer que a relação preço/desempenho é muito elevada! Fiquei aqui por cinco dias e foi muito confortável. Definitivamente escolherei este hotel na próxima vez que tiver a oportunidade de vir.

First time in Japan, so I chose this hotel based on location and price, with my desire for higher floor rooms for a view. I stayed near Shinagawa station, and also in Osaka, all with the same budget per night. This hotel was the best of the 3, very nice facilities and amenities (7/11 in the lobby!!), with a spacious room. I'd probably pass on the buffet breakfast next time, but that's just me, there was a wide selection for everyone. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in that area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; the staff were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

Quarto deslumbrante - limpo e espaçoso, com vistas incríveis. A varanda e o banheiro em particular eram fantásticos. Eu talvez aumentaria um tamanho para nossa família (crianças de 13 e 10 anos), já que o gêmeo de luxo tem apenas duas camas semi-duplas, etc., mas no geral, uma ótima experiência e adoraria ficar novamente.

Fiquei 2 noites neste hotel e foi ótimo! A localização é boa, dá para ir a pé até a orla, Gundam e estação de metrô. Muitos restaurantes na China Street, ali perto. Melhor hotel para nossa viagem ao Japão dessa vez. A equipe é muito simpática. O estacionamento custa 2.000 ienes por noite. Altamente recomendado!

We booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the food was tasty. The hot spring was small but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay.

Recentemente fiquei em um hotel convertido em estilo industrial e fiquei muito impressionado com minha experiência. Em primeiro lugar, estou muito satisfeito com a limpeza do hotel. Tanto as áreas públicas como os quartos são mantidos com um alto padrão. O design de estilo industrial cria uma atmosfera única e minimalista que me faz sentir muito confortável. O ambiente do hotel também é bastante bonito, rodeado de grandes árvores verdes e belos jardins, permitindo-me relaxar na natureza. A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e profissional e me fez sentir em casa. No geral, foi uma excelente estadia e eu não hesitaria em recomendar este hotel industrial a outras pessoas.
