A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

I stayed at this onsen hostel and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth, and the place had a nice mix of Japanese and Western atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. That said, I was hoping for a more traditional, authentic onsen experience. Still, it’s a great option for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.

母の喜寿のお祝いに利用させて頂きました。 お宿に入る前の外観から感動の連続です。 清潔感と癒しの和の雰囲気にあふれています。 お忙しかったのか受付までの時間が長かった様に感じましたがwelcome drinkで癒されました。 6階のお部屋へ行くには長い廊下、電動カート、ゴンドラ、階段があり77歳の母には辛そうでしたが、お風呂へ行く下りの時には既に楽しんでいて「慣れると気にならないね、でも1人では迷子だわぁ」と言いながらお散歩気分で歩いてくれました。 お料理も一つ一つこだわっていて味付けもちょうど良く母も喜んで楽しめました。男性陣のご飯のおかわりも対応してくれて、とにかく白ご飯から美味しいんです！ 食事に担当してくださった方の対応は素晴らしくお仕事という印象が無く心の豊かさを感じさせる心のこもったご対応にいっそう食事が美味しく楽しくなりました。 母の喜寿のお祝いのために紫のチャンチャンコまで用意して下さって、「喜寿のお祝いです」と伝えていなかったはずなのですがネット注文サービスのケーキのメッセージに「祝喜寿77」とした事でお気付きになりご用意してくださったのだと思います！凄い気配りですよね！ 一緒に行った兄弟たちも口を揃えて「また来たい！」と言ってくれて、何より母が始終笑顔で喜んでくれて、本当に川場温泉 悠湯里庵にして良かったと思いました。 心に残る素晴らしいお時間をご用意して頂き、心から感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town since we travelled by car so it wasn't hard for us to get around. We can see Asama mountain from our room. The public bath I used in the morning and no one was there so I had all the big bathtub and enjoyed the view from Asama mountain all myself. It was such a nice experience. ❤️

旅館位於伊香保溫泉石階最高點，房間能看到山下風景。雖然老舊，但仍然保養得唔錯，職員服務態度好，大堂有免付費咖啡，茶等飲品。因為沒有聽清職員介紹，去錯露天溫泉，真可惜。

昔ながらのホテルという感じでした。 個人的には好きな雰囲気でした。 朝食の和食の牛肉がとても美味しかったですが、焼き魚、牛肉、温泉*、海苔、味噌汁。野菜が一品もなかったのが、すこし残念でした。おひたし程度のものがあると、とても良かったです。客室からの朝焼はとても綺麗でした。

酒店距離草津中心區不遠，由草津巴士站步行約8分鐘可達，我本訂了日式房榻榻米，但配給了雙床房，房間空間大，兩面有窗，酒店大浴場寬敞，只是露天池略見小，只可容納3-4人，晚餐是日式料理，但款式和份量不多，食材亦不見特別，員工有禮，亦有接駁車送往草津巴士站。整體而言，這價錢可再與其他的先作比較再決定。

It’s a perfect getaway from the city. The outdoor onsen was one of my favourite. The best part of this trip. The room was spotless and the staffs were very nice.

É um pouco difícil chegar ao hotel a partir do terminal de ônibus se você tiver bagagem, pois é uma descida para chegar ao hotel. Também não há elevador no hotel, por isso temos que carregar nossa bagagem até o segundo andar. Quando verificamos, percebemos que na verdade há um armário para bagagem no térreo. Há apenas um tipo de água no seu onsen público, o que é um pouco decepcionante, pois temos grandes expectativas, já que é uma cidade onsen. A água onsen, no entanto, é boa. Sentimos alguma diferença antes e depois do onsen. Há também café e chocolate quente gratuitos fora da área onsen. Seria melhor se houvesse água gelada na área do onsen, pois a água pode ficar muito quente e especialmente quando não há banheira fria lá. O quarto, porém, é espaçoso, com cama confortável. Há também um escalda-pés localizado no térreo do hotel, ao lado da área de café da manhã.
