I didn't take any photos inside, but the room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. They offer free shuttle service to T2 and T3, and it's very close to the airport. There's also a drugstore and a Family Mart convenience store nearby. You can check in at the front desk's self-service machine using your passport or name. We couldn't find our reservation on the machine, but the staff at the front desk helped us resolve the issue, and their attitude was excellent. Make sure to go for breakfast early, as there's usually not much left if you go late. The staff who load luggage will bow and wave goodbye to guests departing for the airport when the shuttle leaves.

We stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda. Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great! Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle. Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip. Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer. However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel. There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this. Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross. Basic amenities were provided but could have been better. Overall would recommend.

This hotel is in a perfect location for anyone needing an overnight stay or a convenient airport transfer. The complimentary shuttle service was easy to use and made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. While the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates, it was clean and comfortable for a short stay. We also found the buffet to be overpriced for what was offered. On the plus side, the property has plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy if you have extra time before your flight. Overall, it's a practical and convenient choice for travelers in transit.

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Airport Commute**: Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.

Comparing all the airport hotels, I really liked this one. It's the best airport hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and communication in English was no problem. The room was clean and tidy. Although the bathroom was a bit small and the facilities were older, they were well-maintained, which was a plus. The hotel offers shuttle services to the airport, JR station, and shopping mall, which is very convenient.

An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!

I stayed here when using Narita Airport. The hotel was generally clean, and the room had a calm atmosphere, making for a comfortable stay. As it's a hotel near the airport, I think it's a convenient option for pre- or post-travel stays. The staff were polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The facilities were also relatively comprehensive, and I didn't experience any particular inconvenience during my stay. If you're looking for a good balance of price and comfort around Narita Airport, this hotel is definitely a good choice. I'd like to stay here again if I have an early morning flight from Narita Airport.

I went there to relax and unwind from work! The massage within the hotel was excellent, with skilled therapists. Even though I had a breakfast-included plan, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. My room was oceanfront, and the interior seemed to have been recently renovated, as the facilities felt modern and stylish, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube also made my solo trip feel complete. Although I couldn't use the private open-air bath because it was full, the public large bath also had an open-air section, and it was great that there were different types of hot springs in different areas! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a dinner-included plan and also use the lounge.

The hotel is huge, and the rooms have cute cartoon decor that kids will love. Opening the balcony door gives you a beautiful sea view, like spring blossoms. The service is incredibly thoughtful; all the Chinese staff we met were so friendly! They even provide complimentary facial cleanser and lotion. It's super close to the Disney train station, just across the street. There are also free arcade games in the lobby, we had a blast playing Super Mario!
