The airport shuttle bus was excellent and very convenient. There were a lot of Western guests, probably because it's a cheap and easy place to stay overnight during a layover. Plus, they have a shuttle to the JR station. Overall, very good, no complaints.

Booked a 3D2N stay to rest up for Disney.
From the JR Maihama station, hotel shuttle bus comes at a regular interval of 20mins, located below the train station. Shuttle bus came with luggage compartment for people travelling with baggage.
Check in had quite a bit of wait due to it being a weekend, however priority queue is available if you had done an online check in/ hilton member.
Being winter season, room had sufficient heating or maybe too much, had to open the window to cool the room. Gotten the breakfast at a promotional price (¥3800) per pax upon checking in.
Gotten a park view twin double room, but there is not much you can see. Would advise to book the sea view room for better views.
Spacious room with a resting area and 2 double beds and toilet with a tub. Amenities provided with water.
Would come back again just to enjoy the room/ visit disney!

The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.
This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss.
Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !
The Japanese-style room is great for families with two kids. It's compact but well-designed, so it works. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, perfect for an after-dinner stroll. It's ideal for a layover, with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. You can spot it right outside the airport, and the hotel shuttle drops you off at your terminal.
Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.
We stayed in an ocean view room with an open-air bath. I took him there without telling him, but he loved the open-air bath. Also, since it was his birthday, the hotel prepared a cake for him. I called in advance to ask about the type of cake and when to serve it, and they responded quickly on the day despite being busy. The dinner buffet and breakfast were both delicious, and I would definitely stay here again. This is a hotel I would recommend to many people.
Very comfortable Hotel with dining table and chair and a study table very spacious to put all your stuff, we purposely book a stay here on our last day of our tokyo trip so not to rush for the flight on the transport, they have shuttle bus service on time sending u to airport terminal 1/2/3 and the schedules is as follows, the hotel itself has sauna with extra charge, and family mart, phamarcy, and gift store, the hotel provide buses sending u to and from the station and Aeon Mall, but its scheduled as follow based on the time i went 16/03

[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient.
[Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too.
Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

HHeiluotuoThis hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. Just be sure to check the schedule carefully. The hotel is very clean and includes a complimentary breakfast, which is excellent and offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, including boiled eggs and raw eggs. There's also free parking and a complimentary hot spring package to Tokyo Yuurakujo.

GGuest UserThis hotel is, to put it mildly, a mixed bag. The facilities and hardware are decent, but the service really needs a major upgrade. As a Marriott Sheraton, an international hotel, there should be a certain standard of service, but it felt like some staff members lacked a good service attitude. The breakfast restaurant service, on the whole, felt average and not very friendly.
Surprisingly, the amusement park charges separately and doesn't accept WeChat or Alipay – the payment options are really subpar. The staff seemed inflexible and didn't seem to consider guests' needs. The shuttle bus staff for airport transfers were even worse; they saw guests struggling with lots of luggage but didn't offer to help load it, and even checked tickets prematurely. One female staff member wearing glasses particularly stood out.
Overall, the service is poor, lacking warmth and consideration for guests. It feels like a superficial politeness without genuine concern for customer needs. Marriott management really needs to refresh this hotel's culture and values. If they can't genuinely serve guests and even discriminate against Chinese tourists, then their service team needs a complete overhaul.
On the positive side, some staff members were good, like the young Japanese man at the luggage storage, who was very helpful. Overall, I probably won't stay here again; the experience was generally poor.

NnidasaniThe hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. T bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 👍
