Voilà un hôtel très sympathique où je reviendrai volontiers ! Le petit-déjeuner vaut à lui seul la nuit passée ici 😱🙌 — un vrai service à table et une belle surprise qu’il faut découvrir sur place…
L’établissement est bien situé, propre et accueillant. Le personnel a même fait l’effort de parler en français, bravo à lui ! 👏
La chambre est agréable, même si elle n’est pas très grande. Petit bémol : les toilettes se trouvent juste en face de la douche, ce qui rend l’espace un peu étroit.

Absolutely beautiful and romantic and everything we could had hoped for. In nature and surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany. An awesome pool and swim area. Stunning surroundings, comfy rooms, lovely breakfast. Shuttle into Cortona regularly or as you request it. Just lovely! What I imagine was an authentic Italian experience. Really wish we had more time here. Please make more options for vegan guests, but I must say the soy mylk cappuccino was absolutely delicious

Ficámos aqui por uma noite com pequeno-almoço incluído. Quarto muito espaçoso, muito bonito e silencioso apesar da estrada pouco distante. Estrutura mastodontica e com muito potencial talvez não expresso no máximo. Piscinas termais muito válidas, pecado para a banheira ao ar livre que tinha água ligeiramente temperada e, portanto, inútil. Nós desfrutamos de massagem relaxante, muito válido! Nós comemos no restaurante, bom e completo. Pequeno-almoço muito agradável. Todos os meninos em pé e jovens. Só peca o check-in às 15h, então se chegarem à manhã, teremos de pagar um suplemento, para desfrutar do SPA. Talvez fosse bom ser transparente e declarar no sítio web, uma excelente descoberta.

É adequado dirigir sozinho, caso contrário você precisará pegar um táxi. Fica a mais de 7 quilômetros da antiga cidade de Montepulciano.

A Casa de Pedra no Vino é Muito europeia e Campo. Por que mobiliário é apenas colocado e não Parece ser útil.Para as instalações, é simples. Apenas um cobertor, não há água quente 㷛, copos, para organizar a mesa de perguntas, para preparar seus próprios reboques. Recepção às nove e sete noites, Muito incómodo para OS passageiros, Quase aconteceu.A casa de banho é Muito cuidadosa, não há Lugar para colocar roupas de roupa pessoal, etc.Em geral, é incómodo viver, o preço é Muito elevado não vale o preço.

The staff of the reception are very friendly and very friendly, like the room (panoramic and very beautiful). Some small swallows for a 4 stars (we got “swallowed” plates in both dinners and it is not a good view; the care in repairing the rooms was not at the level of the structure (a morning the bed was essentially left to repair). There was “in training” staff, so perhaps to be attributed to this. Excellent pool in the structure. Comfortable electric car charge service (free) although it is insufficient for guests who are now increasingly “electrified” (me In general, a good living with small things to be reviewed to be from 5 stars review. I repeat the maximum availability of the management and staff. Good.

Wir haben es spontan gebucht.Wir sind sehr spät eingereist leider konnte der nachportier weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen ,jedoch war die Dame am Tag Dienst sehr Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und sehr nett.Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir das Zimmer eintraten.Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett war auch sehr bequem. Unsere Zimmer war mit Terasse ,Man kann auf der Terraase Rauchen. Schließlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jede Zeit wieder Buchen. Danke für Alles.

GGuest UserExcellent location, excellent treatment and service by all the staff, especially by the receptionist who is there in the mornings and who knows how to speak Spanish. Their kindness and attention: exceptional, the fact that it has a swimming pool, even if it is small, to take a dip especially in summer, with the heat that it is, is an important point to take into account, and although I have read that they do not warn that it does not have an elevator and that in many cases, like us, they send you to the second floor with many steps, it is true, but they also take your suitcases up and down.
Without a doubt, I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Florence.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. Its biggest strength is definitely its proximity to the city center, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Piazza San Marco. Kudos also to the receptionists, who are professional and very friendly. It's my go-to place whenever I visit Florence, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserWe stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

Ttung tung shamDuring my recent trip to Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at the Anglo American Hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers.
First and foremost, the location of the Anglo American Hotel is superb. Situated in the heart of Florence, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city on foot and truly immerse myself in its rich history and culture.
The hotel itself has a charming and elegant ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining classic elements with modern touches. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, are inviting and provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems.
My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff.
While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats.
One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired.
In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would recommend the Anglo American Hotel to travelers seeking a centrally located, well-appointed hotel with a charming ambiance in Florence.

GGuest UserThe environment is great, and the food is good. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is truly impeccable. Walking into the lobby, you can immediately feel the clean and refreshing air. The greenery is exquisitely arranged, making you feel relaxed and at ease the moment you arrive. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the views outside the window are beautiful. It's exceptionally quiet both day and night, ensuring a perfect night's rest.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station. Right after I booked, the price dropped, and after I contacted Trip.com, customer service immediately refunded the difference. When we checked our luggage, the front desk tried to upsell us to a larger room for 30 Euros, but we didn't have much luggage so we declined. The room was indeed small, mainly the bathroom door was hard to open without bumping into things; it should really be a sliding door. All visible areas were quite clean, but there was a lot of dust on the cups and tabletop. A kettle and tea bags were provided, but no free water. The kettle also had a lot of limescale, so I didn't dare use it. Breakfast was quite simple. Overall, it's good value for money.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

GGuest UserThe service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

Location: Right next to the nearest train station, very convenient if you take trains.
Service: Self-service check in, but staff are friendly and keen to help.
Ammenities: Each bedspace has a USB Type A and Type C power outlet but they SUCK. Power outlets are very limited and are located in inconvenient positions. The lockers are typical a&o ones, noisy and poorly designed, as you need to pull out the entire drawer before opening it, with wide gaps. Also, don't open the windows or you'll be disturbed by mosquitoes all night.

MMaria MDAmazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry.
The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water.
Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long.
