Tudo estava ótimo por cerca de 65€ por noite para 2 pessoas com café da manhã. Muito perto, a 15 minutos da estação de ônibus do aeroporto de Heathrow, não tenho do que reclamar, só o café da manhã que era meio sem graça, mas é um buffet livre e pelo preço vale muito a pena! Não tenho do que reclamar. Por esse preço, é imbatível!
Grandes hotéis rurais, sente-se EM casa.O Ambiente Ao redor é Muito bonito, fornecendo café suficiente para a sala todos OS dias. O restaurante abaixo é Muito delicioso. O pequeno-almoço é um pedido. Se você vive Mais tempo, você Pode tentar diferentes opções, Mesmo exigir Mais géneros de comida. Os empregados são Muito entusiasmados, embora às vezes eles estejam ocupados, não devem vir para você imediatamente, Mas isso não impede a vossa hostilidade aqui.
The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable.
The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.
The hotel room was really spacious, large and with a modern decor. Everything was clean and fresh.
However, where the hotel lets itself down straight away is the reception area. When you arrive, you are required to check in via several monitors in the front which do not work and do not let you progress with the check in past a certain stage. We tried several times before approaching the reception desk which was located further back and clearly intended as the last resort. That is also was it felt like as the greeting consisted of’ Does it not work?’ No, obviously not. Even with the lacklustre support we still had to enter our details again several times until the lady realised enough was enough and finally took action herself. Once we got to the room we ordered room service via a very well thought out online system that was straightforward and worked well. What did not work well again was the service. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived if came without condiments and other essentials. If the staff would be trained better regarding customer service , this hotel could be a much better experience.
Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this
O hotel é muito bom, as instalações são novas e muito limpas. Está muito perto da estação ferroviária de Londres. Também está super perto do Castelo de Windsor e da Legoland via Uber. lugares próximos😄
The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check
In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.
Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.

AAdamShort weekend getaway. Beautiful grounds and hotel with several art pieces and sculptures to view. The food on offer during the evening was very tasty and loved the attentive service from the team. The hotel is close by to various trails and sights of you're liking for that. I would definitely stay again.
IIanFrom beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families
BBB1214Location is great, easy to get to and easy to get out either to London or the west. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking is a bonus. Room size is decent, bathroom not luxurious but good enough. It also has a shower instead of just rainforest which is not very user friendly for showering.
OOllieSFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).
11531319****The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, nestled in a residential area, so there are hardly any unruly crowds, and the locals are very nice. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and their English is fluent. The rooms are not densely packed, and the staff maintain an appropriate distance, which is appreciated. The breakfast area is clean, and while the selection is simple, the quality is high, and the fruit is fresh. I recommend trying the milk with various cereals. I look forward to visiting again.
GGuest UserWe normally stay at the Hilton but I checked other hotels and found the holiday inn on trip. I can honestly say that the Hilton hotel in reading is not a patch on the holiday inn. The holiday inn is cleaner, the rooms are better and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. Not forgetting the staff, they were polite and very welcoming.
GGuest UserThe hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.
GGuest UserIt was excellent, our room was quite large and was very clean and tidy. The staff at the service desk were very helpful if you needed anything. The location is awesome, right on the Thames river, close to everything, Windsor Castle, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
The best was our view out our bedroom window of Windsor Castle. It was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
GGuest UserProbably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel.
GGuest UserWell, I can't knock the hotel itself location perfect, The rooms are really nice. People are really nice, but for amenities, the swimming pool was cold. It had a sauner that wasn't really hot. The steam room was okay. I didn't use the gym very empty and quite chilly,
And Just be careful if you get the top floor rooms as there is a massive 5G tower right outside the window on the right hand side of building, which will affect your sleep I did ours until we see why tje next day, we had to change rooms for a lower floor, not same view from windon as top floor but a good nights sleep, no idea why a hotel would put a huge 5G microwave tower on its roof but there you go.
