Hotel lindo, confortável e bem localizado relativamente perto do centro histórico e das Escaleras Rolantes que ajudam na subida. Tem 2 piscinas exteriores. Estacionamento na rua é complicado, mas tem parking pago perto - perguntar ao hotel. O pequeno almoço é bom, mas tem de se pedir ao empregado o tradicional ovos com bacon e salchichas (incluído no preço). Gostámos bastante do hotel e das vistas.

This hotel is right on the top of the hill with its stunning views to Toledo city. Rooms are really big, clean and tidy. It has a big pool both for kids and adults. The best by far is the terrace, we could have stayed hours chilling there seeing the majestic city of Toledo. Totally recommendable.

Muy contenta un Hotel súper bonito grande y rodeado de gente amable ideal para irla a pasar con parejas y familia. Y aparte estaba muy económico de precio para los espectacular que estaba

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

租車先去了託雷多，不到一小時的車程，酒店位置非常好，老城區，挨着託雷多城堡，因為當天温度40度，風都是熱的，就沒怎麼去逛，到了酒店就直奔了託雷多主教堂，西班牙第二大教堂，不過自己因為不太懂，也衹能看個皮毛！ 有各種大馬士革刀具，心裏好癢癢，，可做火車怕帶不回去，就衹能放棄這個想法！很喜歡騎士類的東西，真的很中意！ 酒店設施畢竟簡陋，沒有任何洗漱用品，窗户外對着其他房間窗户，房間較小，不過位置上有優勢，停車費較高，16歐，在附近停車庫，走着三四分鐘的樣子

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacionarse cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacionarse cerca. The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

1. Quando liguei para fazer uma solicitação, me disseram para ligar às 20h. Em um hotel, o serviço deveria ser 24 horas. 2. Quando pedi loção hidratante, disseram que não fornecem. Reservamos em 6 hotéis diferentes na Espanha. Somente este hotel não oferece loção hidratante. 3. Não há água de cortesia. Se precisar de água, você tem que ir buscar na cafeteria. 4. O sistema de ar condicionado não está funcionando. O único hotel em que nos hospedamos ficou sem ar condicionado por 3 dias. Então tivemos que abrir as janelas, torcendo para que nenhum pássaro entrasse enquanto dormíamos.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.
