"I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!"

"Normalmente, reservo hotéis que abriram nos últimos 6 meses. Este hotel afirma ter aberto em 2025, mas, ao fazer o check-in, ficou claro que não era possível que tivesse sido inaugurado em 2025. Os acabamentos estão desgastados e, embora estivesse razoavelmente limpo, o banheiro parecia sujo, com acúmulo de mofo preto ao redor. A decoração também parecia um pouco descombinada. O lobby, porém, é lindo. E o sorvete gratuito estava delicioso. A roupa de cama estava limpa e confortável. Mas, no primeiro quarto em que me deram, o tapete do banheiro tinha uma mancha que parecia sangue. O segundo quarto cheirava muito a cigarro velho. Não sei como, em 2025, ainda permitimos fumar em estabelecimentos públicos! A roupa de cama cheirava mal. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza foi bastante rude quando pedi para trocarem a roupa de cama depois de acordar e perceber a mancha. Cheguei a pensar que havia percevejos. "The Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. All staff from the beginning extremely helpful and supportive. Starting with the smart check in person Nishant who speaks wonderful English, going on with the nice room service ladies to all people serving breakfast, the lovely chef from Xian with his great dishes. The room is spacious with a great view to the lights of the close amusement places and wonderfully illuminated bridges. We would certainly come back and enjoy life at the Marriott Taizhou. "This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. "

We stayed at this hotel for one night on August 10th. The Giraffe Manor Hotel is located in a bamboo forest. We booked a package deal on trip.com. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and we were a little unlucky with the weather, as Typhoon Dolphin was in full swing, so we weren't able to fully appreciate the park and its children's activities. We booked a Distant Mountain Family Room. This room is on the first floor; it's better to book a room higher up—on the second or third floor—with a terrace for a view. The room, bed linens, and towels were clean. The room has everything for children, including a play tent, toys, a children's skincare set, and a giraffe-themed toothbrush. There's a bathtub by the window in the room itself. On the table was a plate of seasonal fruit, a capsule coffee machine, and coffee capsules. There was also a children's snowball fight set. The room had a slight, subtle odor, possibly due to the humid climate; we weren't sure what it was. But our main goal, of course, was breakfast with the giraffes. We arrived at the restaurant for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. We recommend arriving at that time to get a table by the window; the giraffes are released at 7:00 a.m., which is when they're hungry. Carrots are sold starting at 7:00 a.m. A bag of carrots costs 30 yuan. We bought 15 bags of carrots in total, as feeding the giraffes is a joy not only for children but also for adults. The giraffes are very well-groomed and cute. They have beautiful eyes with eyelashes. We definitely recommend coming here with children. The breakfasts themselves are delicious, buffet-style, and offer both Chinese and European cuisine. They also have delicious ice cream. We also had dinner at this restaurant. The portions are very large; one dish is easily enough for two. Our package included champagne, but you need a separate paper coupon for it. Please confirm this with reception if your package includes champagne. We weren't given a voucher right away; we had to write to reception during dinner. The issue was quickly resolved. We communicated with the hotel staff through a translator throughout. Upon checkout, our daughter was given a stuffed giraffe. We definitely recommend this experience for families with children and not only for kids: breakfast with the giraffes will be a memorable experience for everyone. We will definitely recommend this experience to our friends and everybody.

The hotel design is beautiful and well-maintained. **Xianshan Oxygen Hiking Tour:** The guided tour was a great experience. **Swan Garden Feeding Experience:** The environment was excellent, not too crowded, making for a fantastic summer holiday experience. **Environment:** A superb environment, very suitable for self-driving tours. It's very suitable for family travel as it offers many extra services specifically for children, including a variety of breakfast dishes and bed rails for sleeping. For business travelers, thoughtful amenities like nail clippers are provided, which are rarely found in other hotels. I experienced some deep healing services, such as the morning Baduanjin stretching for awakening and the deep sleep therapy before bed. My child also had an art photoshoot. Water park tickets were also included. Areas for improvement: The room lighting was too dim, making it impossible for children to do their homework. The room ventilation system wasn't great, especially the bathroom, which lacked a separate extractor fan. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

My stay at Yiwu Jindou Hotel was great. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the bathroom was dry with no strange odors. The room window supported independent ventilation, making the airflow feel very comfortable. The complimentary welcome fruit was of good quality, fresh, and delicious. While the lobby was grand, the guest rooms were the real highlight, offering a comfort level beyond expectations. This is a genuine review, and it's my top choice for families with older children. The kids' room is separate and incredibly quiet! Thumbs up!👍

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and room service was always prompt. The robot delivery service was a convenient touch. The prices are very reasonable with no hidden fees, making it perfect for business travelers, couples, or short getaways. If you're staying in Jinhua,四季逸境 (Siji Yijing) is definitely the place to be – you won't be disappointed!

This hotel is great, Treasure Island theme, cabin style, very special; the whole villa is still under development, the concierge brother drove us to visit the whole mountain with a battery car, and patiently explained, the scenery is beautiful, if all the development is completed, it will definitely come back to see; The service here is absolutely five-star, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant, it feels absolutely at home. The view in the room is also very good, spacious enough, even the snacks and drinks prepared in the refrigerator are also very high-grade; breakfast is a luxury package, Chinese and Western combination, can not be finished at all. This is one of the few hotels that have stayed in recent years.

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation links nearby, and a wide array of restaurants and convenience stores. It's really hassle-free for daily meals, shopping, and getting around, making it perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. The hotel lobby is simple yet grand, with a sleek and appealing design. It smells fresh and clean. The front desk staff are gentle, polite, and check-in was very fast with a simple process. They provide detailed information about meal times and Wi-Fi passwords, which is very thoughtful and considerate. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. They are very clean, and the climate control system works perfectly – it's so convenient to turn on the TV and close the curtains. The duvet is very soft, and the room layout is well-designed. The environment is quiet, and the facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive. Hot water comes out quickly and the temperature is stable. The internet is fast and reliable, and the air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool. I had a very pleasant stay.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

The Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get to shopping malls or scenic spots. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, polite, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were also very courteous. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, perfect for relaxing with a swim after sunset. It's a great spot for a weekend getaway. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The front desk service was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, just 50 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. The front desk even helped upgrade my room, which made my stay very pleasant. Thumbs up!
