Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Starry Sky! O ambiente, o serviço e o quarto eram perfeitos! O piso e o quarto eram aconchegantes e acolhedores, especialmente depois de um dia frio em Siguniang. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e se esforçaram para tornar nossa experiência ótima do começo ao fim! O serviço de WeChat facilitou muito a comunicação com eles para reservar transporte, refeições, etc. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem!

Escolhi Yiyuan como minha residência temporária na noite em que desembarquei. O pátio era muito bonito. O quarto era confortável e limpo. Estava um pouco frio naquele dia. O serviço de coleta e entrega foi muito atencioso. Obrigado. O mais importante é que eram quase 12 horas quando chegamos. O Mestre de Segurança Li desceu de nós. O carro imediatamente nos ajudou a pegar nossas malas e nos levou para o check-in. Inicialmente, a equipe me ofereceu um upgrade de quarto por 300 yuans adicionais, e eu aceitei. No entanto, ao entrar no quarto, percebi que era muito maior do que o necessário, já que eu estava viajando sozinha, então decidi cancelar o upgrade — a equipe foi muito compreensiva. O café da manhã era bom e o hotel está convenientemente localizado bem no centro da rua de pedestres. Há também um spa dentro do hotel. Estava bastante cheio na hora do check-in e seria melhor se a equipe ajudasse a organizar a fila, pois alguns hóspedes estavam furando a fila sem que nenhum funcionário parecesse notar ou intervir.

Ambiente: Embora a fachada seja voltada para a rua, entrar no hotel é como entrar em outro mundo, tranquilo e confortável em meio à agitação. Ideal para famílias: O hotel tem uma pequena área infantil com estantes de livros, perfeita para passar o tempo, e as crianças também se divertem muito brincando no jardim. Sempre adorei encontrar hotéis com designs únicos e diferenciados. Esta foi minha primeira vez em Chengdu e encontrei um hotel boutique no centro da cidade, uma criação de designer. O hotel tem localização central e fica perto da estação de metrô, o que torna os táxis muito convenientes. A equipe foi muito simpática e o café da manhã era variado e delicioso. O hotel nos deu um upgrade para um quarto temático, que parecia espaçoso e tinha uma cama confortável. No entanto, a falta de ganchos no quarto tornou um pouco inconveniente guardar roupas, e um espelho de corpo inteiro teria sido útil. Ao fazer a reserva, certifique-se de especificar um andar para não fumantes. Visitei a academia no 6º andar e o corredor estava cheio de fumaça de cigarro. O hotel fica a uma curta distância a pé de Taikoo Li e da Chunfang Road. Recomendo especialmente o Qingba and Lunatic Bar, que fica ali perto, com entrada fechada, uma tendência recente nas grandes cidades. Os coquetéis são apresentados com muito carinho.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.
