No check-in, também ajudamos a coordenar um upgrade para um quarto com vista para o mar em um arranha-céu. O sistema de controle inteligente do quarto de hóspedes opera suavemente, e a limpeza e o conforto da roupa de cama atendem aos padrões cinco estrelas. Você pode ver o nascer e o pôr do sol no quarto, o cenário é incrível!

The selling point of this hotel is its excellent location, an easy stroll to the seaside promenade and directly opposite the Wego Mall with its plethora of shopping and eating places. The breakfast spread is also vast, with cooking stations serving freshly prepared dumplings, noodles and chicken soup in addition to a range of fruits and pastries over and above the usual breakfast staples. There is even sushi. Breakfast is taken in a beautifully appointed room. The reception staff are generally cordial but special praise has to be accorded to Miss 阎晓彤 who is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Our room on the 16th floor has full length windows overlooking Liugong island. But the housekeeping could be improved - the carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming - even though the chambermaid was very friendly indeed.

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Good morning hot buffet, good taste nice staffs, fitness quality is also good. I book only one night, then we happy with our stay, we book other 2 nights, no need to change. Only some guys, break rule of smoking, they smoke in close area, its terrible smell. We unsmoke then headache with the smoke.

Embora não falem inglês, a equipe é muito simpática. Um carregador também é fornecido separadamente. Você pode beber três tipos de cerveja fresca no saguão, mas quando fomos, só havia um tipo disponível, o que foi uma pena, mas era muito gostosa. Também recebi uma fruta de boas-vindas, um cupom de spa de cerveja grátis, um cupom para dois tipos de cerveja e um cupom para uma cerveja grátis na compra de uma. O quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo, e havia até duas bombas de banho no banheiro. O café da manhã era delicioso e havia até xícaras de café para viagem disponíveis para você levar para o seu quarto. Bem em frente fica a Golden Beach, embora não seja bonita porque é inverno. Foi um hotel que me impressionou porque tudo era delicadamente preparado para os clientes.

A fantastic hotel, especially the Muji-style design. It's clean and comfortable overall, and the location is superb – right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. If you're planning a day trip to Weihai, this is the perfect place to stay, as it's the departure and arrival point, making it incredibly convenient. The receptionist was also exceptionally friendly

Overall, my experience at this hotel was very satisfying, completely meeting the quality standards I expect from the Marriott brand. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; a staff member proactively called me the day before check-in to arrange everything in advance. They were meticulous, patient, and responsive throughout, making for a great experience. The room was brand new, spacious, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding that made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast deserves special praise: the food stations were clearly organized with a smooth flow, offering a rich variety of options, including local Qufu specialties. This blend of taste and local culture was a big plus. My only minor suggestion is that the kids' club facilities are quite simple and more suited for younger children. I hope they can add more activities for older kids and perhaps have staff on duty to supervise, which would make families with children feel more at ease. Overall, the minor flaws didn't detract from the experience, and both the value for money and the overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend staying here!
