Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout. One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. "This hotel is still in its trial operation, and the front desk service was a bit chaotic with insufficient staff, leading to slow work efficiency. I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

"A minha família e EU tivemos um BOM tempo para ficarmos juntos, e nós tivemos um BOM serviço juntos do Ken, Joseph, Lucky, Chloe e Tina.  Temos muita sorte de chegar no horário do cocktail.  A Chloe estava pensando e compreensiva EM relação às necessidades Da minha filha e preparando a cama extra para a minha filha.  A equipe de Horas de cocktail era fabulosa, a Tina estava clara com o meu controlo no trabalho de papelada e ELA é tão fácil de falar com.  Ken, Joseph e Lucky, eles foram a milhas extras para servir-nos, minha família e eu tivemos um momento fantástico no salão e estadia do clube."

"Desta vez, quando atravesso Macau pela ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau, há apenas dois ônibus gratuitos após a fusão (diz-se que é uma restrição política). Pegue o ônibus Jinsha Hotel no cais do porto e o Artyzen Hotel está isolado em Jinsha, basta virar depois de descer do ônibus. Esta é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Artyzen Hotel. Após a reforma, o hotel está elegante, limpo e confortável. Tem um estilo resort. É adequado para famílias e viajantes que gostam de tranquilidade. Não há um ambiente misto nas proximidades, que é uma das razões para os pontos extras deste hotel. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes perto do hotel, incluindo Coffee Cafe e ice room, que podem resolver o problema do café da manhã. Não é muito longe do hotel para as atrações do centro. Leva cerca de 10 minutos a pé até o Star World. Você pode pegar o ônibus para a Taipa, e leva cerca de 15 a 20 minutos para ir às atrações perto das Ruínas de St. Paul's. Caminhe devagar para passear. Em resumo, no entanto, essa experiência foi muito surpreendente e definitivamente valeu o dinheiro."
