"Six months later, I returned to the Airen Wenhua Hotel, and the experience was as warm and welcoming as ever. After finishing my business that day, I drove over 300 kilometers back to Hailar and checked into the Airen Wenhua Hotel. It was pouring rain, and I was dusty and tired from the journey, burdened with heavy luggage. After such a long drive, it's easy to feel mentally exhausted and flustered.
The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply touched by the warm service. The doorman proactively stepped forward to open the door and thoughtfully helped with my luggage. The room manager, along with the service team and interns, gently and meticulously assisted with the check-in process. They even remembered me as a returning guest and treated me with extra care. Knowing I had a lot of luggage, the staff helped me all the way to my room, ensuring I was comfortably settled, truly embodying what 'feeling at home' means.
The entire check-in process was efficient and smooth, calm and orderly throughout, without delaying my itinerary or causing any rush. The hotel room's environment and cleanliness were outstanding as always. The bedding was clean and soft, and the hot water flowed quickly with ample pressure, providing an excellent experience for those who love to shower. The overall living comfort was exceptional.
The quality of the hotel's breakfast was consistently excellent, with the signature roasted lamb leg having an authentic flavor (especially the high-quality chive flowers). My taste buds truly enjoyed the local specialties. This year, they've even added an executive lounge afternoon tea service, with exquisite and delicious small cakes that bring joy. The view from the executive floor window is expansive. This time, I happened to experience Hailar's rare spring hailstorm. The wind howled and rain and hail mixed outside the window, but inside, I felt warm and secure, quietly appreciating the outdoor scenery – a truly therapeutic atmosphere.
The hotel offers exceptional value for money. Its management system is well-established, and the service team is highly professional. During meal times at the restaurant, the hotel's excellent manager personally oversaw operations, meticulously observing guests' dining experiences and the quality of the food. He warmly welcomed every guest, with thoughtful details visible everywhere.
In the evenings and mornings, I took leisurely strolls in the nearby Yimin River Riverside Park (just downstairs), enjoying the tranquil scenery of this northern city. Amidst the hustle and bustle of travel, this hotel serves as a stable and healing haven, my most reassuring resting stop on my trips to and from Hailar. The overall experience is perfect, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.
Hailar city isn't large, so getting around by taxi from this hotel is very convenient (via Didi). Most destinations are just a starting fare away. You can easily go to various places to sample Hailar's specialty foods, such as Luburi Russian cuisine, Junxiangyuan hot pot lamb, Yonglan pies, Zhaoxingjia large-slice grilled meat, Nuomintala pot tea, and more.
The downstairs parking lot is very convenient, making it car-friendly."
