This stay was fantastic! Upon arrival, the front desk greeted us warmly, and check-in was prompt. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel parking lot was spacious, making parking a breeze. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was attentive and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely stay here again! When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?

This hotel deserves more than a perfect score – I'd give it 200 out of 100! The experience was truly exceptional, offering incredible value for money. My business trip coincided with the summer vacation, so I decided to bring my family and kids along to stay at this hotel. Firstly, the service was absolutely superb. The rooms were spacious and inviting, featuring a large bed and comfortable tatami-style seating. Complimentary fresh fruit was provided daily, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was another highlight – incredibly varied and delicious! They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child over 130cm tall. While kids might not eat much – perhaps just a bowl of noodles and a few side dishes – this thoughtful and considerate gesture truly set them apart from other hotels. Overall, the experience was outstanding. For any friends visiting Ordos Kangbashi district, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as their top choice. Its location is also excellent: it's close to the Ulan Mulun River, perfect for watching Asia's largest musical fountain at night, and there's Mother Park right behind the hotel. In short, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommended!

Our first stop in Inner Mongolia was a newly opened hotel in Hailar, Hulunbuir. We made an appointment with the housekeeper to pick us up in advance before arriving at the hotel. They picked us up in Hailar at 5 a.m. and checked us in a short while after we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is very close to various attractions and shopping malls in the city. Although the room was newly renovated, there was no odor. The staff in all positions in the hotel were very enthusiastic. The front desk staff took the initiative to help me get my luggage and other items to the car. Thank you very much. I will choose Airi Mandarin next time.

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub. Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

The hotel has a majestic appearance. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel a sense of luxury. It has a great sense of design, the room is very spacious and bright, and the layout is warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and once you lie down on it, you won't want to get up. All facilities in the room are complete and of extremely high quality. I particularly like the intelligent control system, which can easily control the lights, TV, temperature and curtain switches in the room. The service is even more meticulous. The staff are always smiling, warm and friendly. They thoughtfully informed me that there were free snacks and drinks, which were of good quality. Dining is also a highlight of this hotel. The breakfast options are rich and varied, the restaurant environment is elegant, and the service is attentive, allowing people to enjoy the delicious food while also immersing themselves in a comfortable atmosphere. The location of the store is also excellent, the surrounding environment is quiet, and travel is very convenient. I am super satisfied with my stay experience this time and highly recommend it to everyone!

Zhaomu Qingcheng is a very beautiful name, and the hotel's location and environment are also excellent. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology, which is very convenient. The bathroom is particularly large and even has a bathtub, and the separate wet and dry areas are also convenient. The bedding is just the right firmness. The hotel is right next to Sai Shang Old Street, and the Jokhang Temple is only a few hundred meters away. Parking is a bit tight in front of the hotel, and the road leading to the hotel from the residential area is rather narrow.

An unexpectedly great stay! I never thought I'd have such a good experience in a small place like Genhe. The room was very clean, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – they even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers, which was a huge plus! The room also had a sauna, which was amazing! The front desk staff were very welcoming! Especially Xiao Shao! She helped us with our luggage, called taxis for us, and even checked in on our outdoor itinerary. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, she was already waiting for us at the entrance. Such warm and friendly staff! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This was my second stay, and I'm just as satisfied as the first time! Upon checking in in the afternoon, the front desk staff thoughtfully informed me about a complimentary Cotti Coffee and free afternoon tea. After a long drive, it was incredibly pleasant to enjoy some refreshments and coffee before settling in! I also noticed a small box at the front desk containing disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes – a really thoughtful touch. As I entered, I saw some guests taking photos while dressed in traditional Mongolian attire. I asked about it and found out the hotel offers these costumes for guests to use free of charge! What truly impressed me was the hotel's very own jade counter! As someone with years of experience and a keen interest in jade, I had a chat with the staff. They explained that the hotel owner personally sources raw jade stones from Myanmar (apparently, security for legitimate business trips there isn't bad 😌) and has them processed, guaranteeing Grade A quality. Absolutely fantastic!

Staying in a room full of Mongolian style, I started to study the auspicious patterns on the bedside as soon as I entered the door. The bathtub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The Mongolian costume experience on the 18th floor allows you to wear ethnic costumes to check in and take photos in the hotel. The service of the lady is also very considerate. The hotel lobby is worth a closer look The only problem: the noise from the passing planes is obvious, and the decoration of the city government opposite is also clanging.
