The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable."

"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

"Adoro este hotel!Grande localização muito perto Da estação de metrô e ZhongsanLou com muitas opções de jantar.A sala é ótima para as famílias também!Muito grande, equipado com uma cozinha mini com cozinheiro de indução, panos, utensílios, um enorme refeição e microondas! O pequeno-almoço também TEM muitas escolhas. A única ”glitch” para mim é a espera de meia-morta no elevador devido a muitas deslocações e apressamentos no pequeno-almoço.A escada de fuga de fogo também está fechada para que não pudéssemos descer, então acabamos por levar o elevador para baixo. Mas o pessoal é muito útil, e até acomodaram o nosso tempo de check-out prolongado."

"ME Hotel Fuzhou is a truly magnificent and modern hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, stylish ambience, and warm hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was exceptional — there were plenty of choices ranging from local Chinese dishes to international favourites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at ME Hotel Fuzhou was wonderful. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to return again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fuzhou!"

"It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, so I had to ask around for directions. The hotel is located in a shared building with office tenants (search for: Changjiang Securities as per in the first pic), so during peak hours, expect some waiting time for the lifts. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kulangsu Island. Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with my laundry. I simply dropped it off and collected it the next morning. Thank you for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"I recently stayed at Lujiang Harbourview Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel has a quaint charm — the room was decorated with a lovely olden-day, vintage feel, yet it was very comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with both buffet options and à la carte dishes. We especially enjoyed sampling some of Xiamen’s local specialties. Another pleasant surprise was the daily complimentary hi-tea served at the 1958 Lobby Bar — a wonderful touch that made our afternoons extra enjoyable. The location is simply unbeatable. The start of Zhongshan Pedestrian Street is right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. I spent two full days wandering around the area. 八市街 is also just around the corner, offering plenty of delicious local food options. A special shout-out to staff member 张春燕, who went above and beyond in helping us. When we were unable to book ferry tickets through WeChat as foreigners, she kindly used her personal phone to help us secure them. Truly exceptional service — 5 stars for her! Overall, Lujiang Harbourview Hotel gave us a warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xiamen."

"Aproveitei a baixa temporada para levar as crianças para experimentar este famoso resort familiar em Fujian. O hotel realmente tem um ambiente e instalações muito completos. Dá para ir à praia, tem um playground infantil coberto com acesso ilimitado, mas as aulas de artesanato lá são muito poucas, só conseguimos fazer a areia mágica. Lá fora, tem cavalinhos de madeira, um trenzinho e kart, as crianças adoraram. O jogo de caça ao tesouro das plantas, para ser sincero, é meio chato e sem graça, sugiro que melhorem isso."
