The hotel is located at the Belgian border near the motorway, with a new structure and energy autonomy. The room is well-cared, the well-organised restaurant includes wellness with covered swimming pool and outdoor + saunas + hammam + massage; however, I find they are not organised with regard to the logistics aspect of wellness. Example: The showers are not clear how to start them and once it is done, you need to push the button because the stop is not automatic (so waste water).. you should install a sign that explains how to work. The hotel has a very good location, and the hotel has a very good location. The hotel is a very good place to use water and water for drinking water from the cockpit. The beds in the pool hall are comfortable, but super low = if you are concerned with the round-joining luck to get up :) The staff are very friendly and in the restaurant they also use a robot .. something that personally I don't like because you need to promote human contact, and in addition I don't think that the robot brings added value.

Kind service and impeccable location, very good and quality restaurant. The only downside is the not-so-great heating in room 133.

Clean and budget price with helpful staff. It’s a great pit stop overnight if you’ve come from Calais and going onwards to Switzerland There’s car park and breakfast was simple but fine. 7’ for The motorway exist so easy in and out. Small rooms but practical and what you need

Very beautiful and well located hotel. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Does not cause any problems with the use of water from the icebox and is always asked to book for meals if not registered in advance. Good help and if you don't use the parking, you don't have to pay - despite reservation - a very nice experience was this. Surely a adviser. and we're going back.

Best, All was fine, but ..... Sunday 4/1 go to dinner with 4 people in the Brusserie as every year. We chose for 3 small mini shoes, as always the minimum, which were all excellent, absolute top, So we chose a extra dish for everyone. Unfortunately, the master told me the kitchen was already closed. The captain told me the crew had worked hard for two weeks and this last day. Please pick the dessert quickly, because the cook likes to go home quickly after these 2 intense weeks. We have heard this, though in a very friendly tone, but this really cannot! I told you that it would be more customer friendly to go along the tables and ask if we wanted a further mini-dining. Simple and no disappointment. I'm sorry, because I've never seen this at this high level of restaurant. I doubt strongly whether top cook/ food magician 😀 Wout Bru will find this OK. With friendly greetings, Alexis Longhé

Wonderful stay - clean, beautifully decorated, and warm and inviting hosts. Wonderful restauraunts for breakfast / dinner attached as well. Highly recommended.

good bed and mattress , no disturbing sounds from outside ,very friendly staff , big buffet with different choice with artificial region products , huge choice , bar with delicious region beer , top hotel ; Even with cargo bags ;-)
