I was probably the first Chinese person to stay at this hotel, which was still in its soft opening phase when I checked in. The hotel is 3 kilometers from the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus directly to the hotel from Terminal 3 of Vienna Airport. Because my English isn't good, I asked several airport staff members but still couldn't find the shuttle bus, so it took me half an hour to walk to the hotel. The next morning, the airport shuttle bus ride from the hotel only took 10 minutes. The bus stop is at the H01 bus stop, on the right side of the airport exit. (Pictures 1 and 2) Picture 3 shows the bus timetable. There are self-service check-in facilities at the hotel, and hotel staff are available to assist you. Perhaps because it was newly opened, there were very few guests, and the rooms were very clean. The room was small, 15 square meters, but it was adequate for a night at the airport. The hotel also has larger rooms, 22 square meters. A complimentary drink from the bar and a small gift were given upon check-in. The hotel lobby and bar area are quite spacious and have a nice ambiance. At 500 RMB per night, I felt it was a very good deal. Aside from being a bit small and having slightly fewer power outlets, the room was fine. There were two beds; one had a regular power outlet by the bedside, and the other had a USB charging port. The towels were thick, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel staff were also very welcoming. Considering the price, it was excellent value for money. I didn't opt ​​for breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. There were no restaurants or supermarkets around the hotel, so I ate and bought everything I needed at the airport beforehand. I hope my review will be helpful to other travelers staying there.

Hotel as advised is really just a 3 min walk and crossing of one road and you have arrived. Evening buffet is really nice with all good western staple choices being avaliable at 30 euro per head. Drinks are charged separately. That's all the good news now onto the not so good which I have to advise were related to my allocated room. 1. Desktop light was broken and needed replacing. 2. Sink plunger was broken with the plug being stuck In the sink hole. 3.Shower gel dispenser broken So it appears that the additional revenue areas like the bar / restaurant within the hotel are well maintained but the rooms are not which is a shame. I would recommend the management team visit the NH hotel at Toulouse Airport to understand how they can improve their property!

Hi, My family booked a one-night stay for 10 guests (two rooms for 4 pax each and one room for 2 pax) as a stopover before catching a flight home the next day. We drove in from Innsbruck and chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and practical stay for a family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected basic hotel amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. These are standard provisions in most hotels, especially for families and short transit stays. None were provided. The hotel felt less like a normal hotel and more like a bare, minimalist space with nothing to comfortably unwind or settle into after a long drive. The so-called welcome drinks were limited to cold beverages only, with no option for even a simple hot coffee, which was particularly disappointing after travel, during winter! Overall, my family was genuinely disappointed. Given the size of our booking, the price of the hotel and the purpose of our stay, we expected a more welcoming and functional environment. Reception was not welcoming as well. Only the room is a good size. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how expectations are being set for guests booking family stays. Como a reserva no Airbnb que eu havia feito foi cancelada pelo anfitrião sem meu conhecimento, reservei um hotel de última hora! O quarto era muito pequeno, as instalações eram bem básicas, o estacionamento era razoável e o café da manhã era aceitável! Parecia mais um motel.

Clean and pleasant hotel with beautiful breakfast terrace. Room is spacious and convenient.

The space was quite nice and modern. It was clean and comfortable. There was even a nice long couch in the room.

Pleasant hotel with fair spread of buffet breakfast. We reached an hour early and staff was able to have room prepared. Check in was a breeze. Only setback is room is not airconditioned and fan wasnt provided unless reqeuested. One way Shuttle service to airport costs 5 euro.
