The staff was very nice all the way down to the housekeeping... The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated... The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol

Once you finally can find the building, the ‘condo’ is modern & clean with outstanding amenities (although for a $20/day fee) Good: Condo is well supplied for short visits: - TV with Netflix etc & sound system. - Washer & Dryer. - Rooftop lounge and sitting area, nice gym - Beautiful swimming area with bbq's. - Clean modern condo with big patio Not so Good; - no patio chairs - no pool towels - not sound proof - smell of **** in hallways and comes in through your windows. - parking costs $25/night - get ready to walk miles to find your unit. Massive building with / elevator areas and a fire escape that we used to go to rooftop and pool floors. Bad: - Impossible to find. Apple Maps takes you elsewhere (other side of Mercedes dealership but condo on next road). Google gets your there to the back but you have no idea where you are. The problem is the building is in a horseshoe and the back faces the main road w/o any signage or addresses. Brutal! If you arrive after hours - you would be out of luck. - Pool area is beautiful but has glass doors that you can easily walk through. A kid running would break their neck. -Only 2 elevators and one fire escape that we used to access rooftop (5th) and pool and social/games area (2nd) -This is not Old Town Scottsdale. be prepared to walk 15 minutes.

No food at this place you have to cook you4 own food or go out to eat it has nice kitchen with cook top stove comes with pots & pans a toster oven and coffee pot...Staff are nice and friendly people try to go out on a limb to help you with questions..

Room was very clean. Nice view from the room. Beautiful pool on the top floor. Gym, sauna, fully equipped kitchen... Great facilities. However, customer service could respond faster. No email customer service in the night for immediate questions.

I absolutely love the location and stay here every time I come to Tempe. It’s so conveniently located with a Whole Foods at the base of the building, a movie theater a few blocks away and a handful of local delicious restaurants. The checkin process is so seamless and we love the amenities included in the building. Can’t wait to come back!

OK, I signed up for a weekend with the timeshare presentation. You would think they would try to give us a nice room, etc. Seriously? Right next to the overflowing dumpster. Parking is realllly limited at all times. And they are continuing to build. We were in one of the renovated studio units. It felt really confining. Yes, it had a patio -- but it looked at the parked cars. The toilet seat was broken, the coffee maker didn't work, the vertical blinds do not keep out the light, the AC cycles on for while with freezing, blasting air, and then it cycles off and it gets truly hot. On top of that, the entire complex feels really congested. Our room felt like an inside cabin on a ship. They offered us another week for $1,000 so we could consider it further. No. Just no.
