"Check in process was very straight forward, instructions given were clear and precise. Whole check in process took less than 5 minutes. Deposit required is RM150 payable by online transfer or cash. Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food. Room is very comfortable with very cold and strong airconditioner and strong water pressure. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely be back."

"The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. The location is also fantastic, right in front of i-City, so you don't have to go far. There's even a bridge directly to the mall next door, and plenty of food options are easily accessible. We'll definitely stay here again if we bring the kids to enjoy i-City. The only minor issue was the clogged toilet in the master room, but since there are two bathrooms, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need!"

But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day."

"The building's amenities weren't fully ready yet, but the pool was usable. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. It wasn't busy. Self check-in and the lift goes directly to your floor. The night view overlooks i-City. My unit had 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. The price was reasonable too. To get to Central i-City Mall, you can just follow the pathway on level 1 directly into the mall. A deposit of RM250 was required for this unit. Hopefully, the refund process won't take long and will be completed within the stated 28 hours as per the terms."

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax.
The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

Shang_OngLocation is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.

Guest UserHotel is huge, my kid can run here and there inside. The hotel provide all the things needed like kettle, hair dryer.
There is a swimming pool too, good way to play with ur family.
Other than the wifi that is not working, everything is good here. The response team is responsive to all my inquiry(wifi problem), good job.
If u wish to park at the season parking, u have to pay extra rm8, or else u can just park at the parking space that is available near Atria mall.

Edwin KeeI love the easy & hassel-free self check in/out of the accommodation. It makes you feel at home, especially with the ”home equipments” provided in the unit. I really like the home-stay concept in the midst of commercial area because it gives me more options if I want to prepare my own meal rather than relying on food outlets around the area. Pacific Tower is so strategically located which makes it almost an ideal place to stay in PJ and an excellent mode of accommodation especially for low budget travellers.

It was a pleasant stay! The check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful, parking charges capped at RM 6 per day (24 hours), the place was not that hard to search if you follow Google maps/waze instructions. Overall I'm very happy for my stay and hope to visit again next time. 😊
