"Check in process was very straight forward, instructions given were clear and precise. Whole check in process took less than 5 minutes. Deposit required is RM150 payable by online transfer or cash. Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food. Room is very comfortable with very cold and strong airconditioner and strong water pressure. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely be back."

"The cleanliness, facilities, mall, and food are all very nice. However, I noticed a serious safety issue with the apartment dining chairs. Some of the chairs are broken and in an unsafe condition, which could potentially cause serious or even fatal injuries. I sincerely hope the relevant stakeholders will take immediate action to inspect and replace the damaged chairs to ensure the safety of all guests and occupants."

"I am disappointed with the level of service provided. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and no clear information or instructions regarding the check-in procedure were provided in advance. Customers should not have to contact the property themselves simply to obtain basic check-in information. I strongly suggest that the property improve its communication and ensure that all necessary check-in details are provided to customers proactively and in a timely manner. Overall, the lack of communication made the check-in experience inconvenient and unnecessarily frustrating."

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. This is a great hostel; the accommodation is clean and tidy and has everything you need. It's a very worthwhile hotel, and the breakfast provided is also plentiful. The cleaning staff came to tidy up every day, and the room was spotless!

The cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent. There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking. The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

They upgraded my room to two rooms ! Thanks Have microwave, water heater and refrigerator. For me, really love this unit ! Thanks for upgrading! The kettle in the room not working well and the staff replace it very fast ! Love it ! Will repeat for sure ! Parking rm 6 max per day !

Hotel is huge, my kid can run here and there inside. The hotel provide all the things needed like kettle, hair dryer. There is a swimming pool too, good way to play with ur family. Other than the wifi that is not working, everything is good here. The response team is responsive to all my inquiry(wifi problem), good job. If u wish to park at the season parking, u have to pay extra rm8, or else u can just park at the parking space that is available near Atria mall.

Had a really good stay here, literally a short walk from JayaOne so it was easy to get stuff that I needed. The host was also very kind and responsive when I had questions or any trouble with any if the amenities. Place was clean and as per description. Area was also quiet and the WiFi worked well so it was perfect for my remote working when I was there. They also tried their best to let me check in earlier which I really appreciate. Would love to stay here again if I'm ever in KL.

Pick this hotel initially due to its closeness to DSH2. However it's really tricky to get there for someone who is not really familiar with the highway. It's really complicated. Maybe because the hotel is still new, just recently been completed after 10 years being stalled (according to a Grab driver) I needed to pay a RM200 deposit (because I stayed more than 2 nights according to the receptionist) which will be given back upon check out. Overall a good stay for someone familiar with the surrounding area. Not so much for us.😅
