First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October.

The only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels. WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay. I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos? I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️

It was very dirty. Poor cleaning. Wifi not working Please don't use the restroom. Its so disgusting. I don't know how long it hasn't been cleaned.

The building is located at the heart of makati. Its a quick walk to Greenbelt. Walk a bit more to the other side and you can explore the Salcedo and Legazpi weekend Markets. Only drawback is the Lift (elevator) that is still going through repairs. Takes awhile to get up and down.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
