"Be Pods indeed is a good place to do leisure, work and recreational activities. Although it would be better if they change their circular chairs into monoblock chairs. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and surely will come back again. Wifi also is fast, room is spacious and very clean. Trusteed cleaning staff. Front desk lady is also very approachable and smiling."

"We didn’t avail the food, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. It’s a good hotel for anyone looking for a simple, smooth, and hassle-free experience."

"We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention."

"Бронировали чтоб отдохнуть несколько часов до вылета. К сожалению не посмотрел расположение на карте. Оказалось он находится с обратной стороны аэропорта и ехать до него около 30 мин. Хотя расстояние Казань до аэропорта 1.8 км. Будьте внимательнее"

"the place is cool. However the psp is not working fine. Only the psp makes me stay to this place. Mortal kombat is not workiibg.. but overall.. all good"

"地理位置優越交通便利，小區門口就是商業區，購物吃飯很方便。 房間佈置很精緻，生活物品齊全並且乾淨。 自駕的朋友要注意，小區物業要停車收費，約60人民幣一晚。"
