"Be Pods indeed is a good place to do leisure, work and recreational activities. Although it would be better if they change their circular chairs into monoblock chairs. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and surely will come back again. Wifi also is fast, room is spacious and very clean. Trusteed cleaning staff. Front desk lady is also very approachable and smiling."

"We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool.
Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :).
We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night.
Thank you very much.
Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful.

"The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient.
However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved."

TTrip xiaomaoI stayed here to go diving in Mactan. Although it's a little far from the resort hotels, it's located in New City, making it a clean and tidy environment. It was within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, food courts, pharmacies, and other convenient shops, making it a very comfortable stay. Because it's a condominium, all communication is done via email, which initially worried me. Due to the Cebu earthquake the day before my arrival, the extra bed I requested hadn't been set up when I checked in. However, after inquiring by email, a staff member came right away and set it up. All of my requests were handled promptly by email. Early check-in and late check-out were also provided free of charge, which was very helpful. There was a decent washing machine, so I felt like I really lived in the apartment. I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThere was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

GGuest UserWe would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory.
We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing.
The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use.
Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children.
Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group.
Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%.
We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips.
The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

The price is really cost friendly though the overall service is not that good but I would understand since they have limited personnel. On the booking side, the one posted in this platform is we can have 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed depending on the room availability, but when we arrived, the room accommodates 2 single beds or 1 double for standard type. The advertising is misleading and disappointing. I suggest you update your post and be transparent with your customers. Thank you.
