Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

Um edifício Muito Grande.O Lugar é bom, o lobby Muito atraente, MAS é Muito lamentável, Como a avaliação diz, Xiaoqi é fácil de afogar. As duas quartos são todas, refletindo quartos que foram substituídos após o arranque. Muito boa atitude. Muito lamentável que Xiaoqi esteja perturbado EM um Lugar tão BOM Mas as propriedades desta área parecem ser assim. O equipamento Parece ter traços de uso, MAS não influenciados. We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it matched the listing description well. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay more enjoyable. The location was also convenient and easy to access. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Выбирали место рядом с аэропортом. Апартаменты соответствуют фото. Владелец постарался сделать их по домашнему уютными..Убрано, чисто. Вода горячая, гель для душа, шампунь в диспенсерах, фен. Посторонних запахов нет. Небольшая оборудованная кухня, есть бутылка с питьевой водой, приветственный кофе в саше. Балкончик со столом и стульями. Кондиционером не пользовались, обошлись без него. Постельное приятное. Единственный минус - не удобный матрас с зависимыми пружинами, если спутник повернулся, ты это сразу ощущаешь). В комплексе есть бассейн, можно получить пропуск у охраны. Но бассейн очень мелкий и вода прохладная.

The room is very clean and cozy but for me for the first time visiting Cebu so the room a bit far for me and the grab will take around 500 local money for each tour to the city and that a bit expensive to stay there for me, but the stuff are very friendly and helpful, I can recommend for someone driving maybe.

Pros - It's in a central location within walking distance of Cebu IT-Park. It's near cafes, malls, and restaurants within easy walking distance. - The bed is really comfy, and the studio is well equipped with tasteful furnishings. Cons - Shower water a bit cold. - A costly grocery store (Korean) right at the entrance.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

This place was one of the best. We had everything we needed in the house and more. Even shnorkels and life vests, we rented the car stright from the owner. They have pool cleanner on a dauly base. We will be back.

We didn’t avail the food, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. It’s a good hotel for anyone looking for a simple, smooth, and hassle-free experience.

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful.
