"Location is very good.
Looks clean and beautiful but if you check detaily, smjust so so.
In the Shower booth, the shower head is too much dirty. And no small shower hose and head. Its not venient.
Guard and door man are very kind, but other employees are always serious face and no smile, looks like doesnt want to work.
Insude room, only 2 towels, how 2 adult use only 2 towels, use again again again? It was terrible.
I saw first time to supply only 2 towelsin the hotel. Also garbage trash can also only 1 in the cr. No trash can in the room. And free supply soup is too much small. Really terrible.
There are no interphone in ther room.
This hotel looks not ready to business perfectly.
Good point is spacious room, good location, swimming pool, fitness and free pocket ball and pretty led light."

"We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼"

"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they explained everything clearly.
The room looked neat and smelled fresh. The bed was soft and comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The aircon worked properly and the WiFi connection was good too. I also liked that the bathroom was very clean and complete with basic things we needed.
The food was good and there were many choices during breakfast. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were always polite and quick to help whenever we needed something.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay."

"The first two rooms I was shown stank of smoke, like someone had been smoking in there only 2 minutes earlier. They upgraded me to a loft room which was good.
Microwave didn't work, which was a pain. Pool water looked unclean. Some towels worn out.
The staff were friendly. The hotel is just out of all the action, so is quiet."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, homelike hotel. My husband and I attended a 3-day convention at SMX Clark and brought our 2 teenagers along. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for us. The hotel has a courteous and friendly staff. Requests were addressed promptly. Wifi was fast.
The pool was small but just enough for the 4 of us.
One negative issue was the microwave which we had to clean throughly because of food debris left from the previous occupants. There is no elevator and might be hard for those who have knee problems. The location is quite shady but this is ok because we brought our own car and Grab was always available."

Jjpaculbamay ipis sa cr at kulang kulang ang kitchen utensils and cookwares.. di rin maayos yung stove.. di narireach yung high temp kaya napakatagal makaluto..
salute kay kuya guard at staff dahil mabilis naman ibinibigay mga request na kulang sa room and napaka matulungin sa guest and secure ang car sa parking..
comfy naman yung bed and malinis..
i suggest to improve cleanliness sa room especially sa cr and kitchen cabinets.. yung mga gamit for cooking and dining should be complete before guest enter sana..

GGuest UserPros+ - before booking, I asked the girls at the reception to show me the room, they showed me the room and after that I booked the room.
+ - delicious breakfast, but the website said that you could go to lunch instead of breakfast, at the reception they said that it was only breakfast.
+ good worker, helped out many times, showed how to use the safe, forgot the key in the room, he opened it for me.
Cons - it seems that the pool is not cleaned, a lot of insects are swimming, I wanted to swim, but did not dare.
Cunning staff - they reminded me that I did not return the card from the door, but did not tell me anything about the fact that I forgot the deposit of 2000 pesos, when I came 5 hours later, my money was taken to another place. A taxi at the hotel costs 500 pesos for foreigners
