"I had a pleasant stay at Horizon Homes in Genting Highlands. The climate was amazing—cool, fresh, and very relaxing. One of the highlights was the soothing sound of flowing wind around the property, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and decent—ideal for a short stay of about 2–3 days. The place offers a wide variety of food options, including Malaysian, Indian, and Western cuisine, so there’s something for everyone. There are also shops where you can find daily essentials, beverages, and other items conveniently. The amenities were great, with a couple of bars, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa—which was especially enjoyable and worth trying. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly getaway. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Customer support was also very responsive via WhatsApp—whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist. Thanks for the great experience!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here! I came with my spouse, and we both had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question, they replied almost immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. "I had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even at 3:00 AM, which I really appreciated. The view was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend contacting the host before making your booking to ask about the available views from different floors. I stayed on Level 30, and the scenery was breathtaking. The unit was very well-equipped with a complete cooking setup, including pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and even a water dispenser, making the stay much more convenient. Both the karaoke system and jacuzzi were fully functional and added so much fun and relaxation to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!"

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊

Excellence service apartment on Genting highlands.  High floor good view, prompt services from the front desk. Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions.

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Thank you for your excellent service and for making everything easier for your guests. Highly recommended! 😊

Stayed here for the Cultra event as it’s conveniently located less than 700m from Padang MDCH, making it easy to walk to the venue. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms altho one of the rooms did not have air conditioning. The dustbin also didn’t come with a plastic liner, which was a minor inconvenience. A special mention to the receptionist, who was very kind and allowed us a late checkout until 2pm, which we really appreciated after the event. Overall, it was a good stay. Would I come back? Yes. Just don’t expect luxury as it offers good value for a comfortable basic stay close to the event venue.

My stay at this hotel was very satisfying. The room provided was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The facilities were also complete and made my stay very convenient. The hotel's location is very strategic and makes it easy to visit nearby attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful when needed. The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
