Apartments em Setubal District, Portugal

The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations. Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen. In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

I want to highlight the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, who were always very attentive and ready to help. The room was magnificent, very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with a simply stunning view that made the experience even more special. The location is great, very close to the beach and with easy access to the main areas of Tróia. The breakfast was also quite good, with variety and quality. Without a doubt, this is an experience to repeat and a hotel we recommend for anyone looking for rest, comfort, and an incredible view.

Hotel with good location and careful staff. As it is a kitchenette room, they should be equipped with a coffee machine - when questioned at the reception why our room has no coffee machine (being in mind that we would have been in this hotel at another time), We were told that not all room types have access to the coffee machine.

The house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue...

There are kitchen utensils and counter induction to cook in the room. It's good to boil ramen ㅎㅎ However, if you don't have a rental car, it's inconvenient to live, so you must rent a car.

The hotel is well suited as a starting point for the fishing path - the majority of other guests were also wanders. Friendly people at the reception, good equipment. It is also nice that the facility has a private pool.

The village was good and very pleasant.
