"Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations."

"This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard."

"Este é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar, limpo e confortável. Tranquilo e sossegado, longe do barulho do trânsito. Porém, fica um pouco distante de restaurantes e outros pontos turísticos. São 15 minutos de caminhada até o restaurante mais próximo. Obrigado!"

"Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal."

"We had a great stay at this homestay with our family. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the environment was peaceful. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this homestay to families looking for a comfortable place to stay."

"Spacious room with sea view and well-maintained and equipped. TV, air-conds, fans, lights, hair dryer, fridge, washer, kettle, cooker, and microwave functioned well. Basic kitchenware and tableware. Very comfy 2 queen beds. There's an extra futon, but we didn't use it because nobody wanna sleep on the floor 🙂↔️a sofa bed too. We requested a missing towel, and extra toilet paper delivered quickly to our room. Regarding the swimming pool, a hundred guests were wearing normal clothes into the pool 😅. No proper suits. Easy self check in and out. I am satisfied staying at this unit because of the responsive service. Good."

"From pre-booking, up until checkout, i have nothing but compliment to Attic Silverscape customer support. We communicate through whatsapp, and Attic CS will surely respond within 5 minutes or less. They always willing to help and very friendly which make things so easy for my family whom travel with elderly, 7 adults and 2 kids. Shoutout to Attic CS and the guard at tower B. Very professional and warm. The penthouse is a jackpot. A day before we stay at the newly open Birkin International which is acceptional, but my parents love this Attic Penthouse even more. The house is 2 floors, spacious, bed is extremely comfortable. 3 rooms on the 2nd floor got 6 double beds and 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms with tub on the second floor. another bathroom on the first floor. Other than 60 inch tv at the luxury living room, 1 room with dedicated tv on the second floor. . Got prime tv. We spend time playing pool, karaoke, playing mahjong, card and playstation, and enjoying sunrise. The decoration is amazing. Complete with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine and drier. Location also near to cinema, restaurant, 7e, Zus, hospital, mahkota parade etc.. Best urban retreat for family in melaka city centre. Surely will repeat."

"This is not the official The Shore Hotel; it is more like a homestay. Cons: 1. No front desk service 2. No internal door lock (only a password lock at the entrance door) 3. No free parking (RM10 per day for access card) 4. Pool playground equipment is mostly broken 5. No room spray (no fresh fragrance) 6. No room service; cleaning requires extra payment 7. Deposit must be paid via bank transfer to Full House Stay’s trading account 8. Cultural heritage fee of RM4 per night per day Overall: Overall, it is okay, but a bit disappointing—especially the pool playground, which the kids did not really enjoy. The pool water was also not very clean, and maintenance seems lacking. On a positive note, the owner was okay and refunded the RM100 deposit as promised. However, the price is cheap, so you get what you pay for. sorry i malas nak ambik picture banyak... ok bye jumpa next time .. thank you owner .."
