Um quarto muito espaçoso com todas as comodidades acessíveis. A menos de 1 km da agitação de Dotonbori, era agradável e tranquilo, mas de fácil acesso (e ótimas caminhadas) para outras áreas de Osaka. Me hospedaria lá novamente.

Great location! easy to access from Kansai airport. Cosy room with nice breakfast spread. It’s a service apartment so there is a washing machine with 2 laundry pods in the room, they do provide toothbrush and hair brush. Helpful staff with hospitality spirit. They do provide parking (chargeable JPY2000 per day) within walking distance. Convenient stores and restaurants are just at doorstep, McDonald is just across the street. Will definitely come back again.

숙소 정말 좋았습니다! 엄청 깨끗하고 아늑해서 4박5일동안 큰 불편함없이 지내다 갑니다~ jr데라다초역이 도보 3분거리고 바로 앞 길 건너 큰 세븐일레븐이 있고 근거리에 로손과 패밀리마트도 있어서 좋았습니다. 무인으로 운영되고 있어 불편한 사항이 있으면 어떻게 문의하나 걱정했는데 문의할 일 없이 너무 좋았어서 이렇게 리뷰를 씁니다! 밤에 오토바이 소리가 좀 클때가 있었지만 비교적 조용했습니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 옆에 현지인 돈카츠 맛집도 있어서 최고였습니다. 다음에 또 오사카를 오게 된다면 다시 방문하겠습니다^^

The location is convenient and matches what was listed on Google. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the place is right next to the main road, which is great. What I really appreciated was that the accommodation was flexible with the check-out time and responded to messages very quickly. However, what really bothered me was the cleanliness. I found a tissue beside the bed, trimmed nail clippings on the floor, and small food scraps in the sink. The soap holder in the bathroom was dusty, and there was a lot of dust under the table as well as along the bed frame. Other aspects were acceptable, but the cleanliness definitely needs significant improvement.

It’s just a terrible experience. When I checked out , the password become immediately valid.and because of that I can’t get back to pick up the baggage . I can understand the hotel need to cut costs.but please never cut the service. What’s big deal for one more day password ? And where is everybody? I can’t just see a man for almost 1hour in the lobby. What a joke

Ao fazer o check-in, fiquei um pouco confuso ao usar o código para pegar a chave. Em seguida, pegue a chave para destrancar a porta do saguão novamente. Resposta rápida disponível Muito pronto para ajudar A localização do alojamento é um pouco longe da estação ferroviária. Demora cerca de 8 a 10 minutos para caminhar. À esquerda está Lawson, à direita está Family Mart. Quando ando de um lado para o outro todos os dias, não parece muito longe. Mas há uma ferrovia passando em frente ao alojamento. Portanto, o som dos trens passando pode ser ouvido o tempo todo. Mas tampões para os ouvidos são fornecidos. A sala é ampla e não apertada. A cama é grande e confortável. Há geladeira, fogão, chaleira e micro-ondas. São fornecidos copos, pratos, xícaras e talheres. O banheiro é separado em zonas úmidas e secas. Há uma escova e pasta de dentes fornecidas. Mas o pincel é muito pequeno e duro. Recomendado para carregá-lo sozinho. No banheiro há uma máquina de lavar. Não há secadora, mas há um escorredor de roupas fora da varanda. Existem 7 a 8 cabides e um secador de cabelo no banheiro. Há uma pequena lata de lixo. No banheiro com sacos de lixo extras. No quarto há outra lata de lixo que pode ser colocada em um saco e depois transportada para a grande lata de lixo em frente ao apartamento. Não há limpeza durante a estadia. Mas no lobby há uma gaveta com vários itens como toalhas, sacos de lixo, escovas de dente, ferros e aspiradores de pó. Qualquer coisa que esteja faltando pode ser adicionada. Existem várias tomadas de 2 pinos (planas, de dois pinos) na sala que podem ser usadas para carregar vários telefones ou bancos de energia ao mesmo tempo. No geral, eu realmente gosto, sinto que é muito privado, tranquilo, não muito lotado. Além do som do trem, nenhum outro barulho foi ouvido.

O hotel está localizado a cerca de 8 minutos a pé da entrada leste da ferrovia Shin Osaka e a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da secção M da estação. O auto-controlo leva um pouco para se acostumar, MAS as mamas estão bem, tudo correu bem, MAS é por isso que ele não Pode fazer o serviço porque realmente não nos conhecemos. A sala com máquina de lavar roupa e microondas era extremamente conveniente, e grandes lixos. Por isso, embora não servissem diariamente, era fácil limpar As camas eram confortáveis e o tamanho era grande. Eu ficaria feliz aqui ou noutro hotel de tipo apartamento Minn novamente

아파트호텔은 어떨까했는데 조용하고 집같고 없는거 없이 편안했어요~~세탁기있어서 긴여행에는 큰도움이 될거같고 전자레인지랑 이것저것 갖추어져있어서 밤늦게 들어와도 맛있는간식을 즐길수 있네요~후기에 침대좋다는 말이 많아서, 기대했는데 진짜 크고 푹신하고 피로를 풀기 좋았답니다. 가격도 착해서 부담도 없고 추천합니다. JR난파패스를 이용해서 숙소와 거리가 좀 있었어요..도톤보리까지는15~20분정도? 여기저기 다니기는 중앙이라 제일 좋긴하지요~~^^주변에 편의점도 많고 숙소주변은 주택가처럼 조용한데 조금만 걸어나가면 밤늦게까지 먹거리가 넘쳐납니다.

We stayed here with our family and were very impressed by how clean everything was. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The space was also very spacious, making it easy to relax even with a lot of luggage. The stroller rental service was very helpful for traveling with a child, and it made our stay much more convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby stations and attractions, so getting around was very smooth. The front desk staff were kind and helped us with the check-in process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The room was also well-equipped with a kitchen, tableware, washing machine, and bathroom dryer, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Overall, it was an extremely clean, comfortable, and satisfying stay, and we would definitely stay here again.
