We are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated. 3 points here to explain the terrible experience. 1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV! 2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon! 3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience! In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment. I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review. Thanks.

Room was very comfortable and clean. good facilities. TV was amazing. Lots to choose from on it. Microwave for cooking supplied. Fridge also. Washing facilities if required and all Free! Staff were amazing. So very accommodating. Listening to all your needs and running with all your requirements. Very friendly team. Beds are very comfortable. Situated within walking distance of hospital and lots of places to eat around as well. A mall is not far away. Prices to stay were excellent.

Very satisfied. You can clearly see the Milky Way and the Southern Cross and other constellations in the open space outside the door. You can take pictures with a tripod! Although it is winter, it is not cold when the heating is turned on! The kitchen supplies are also relatively complete, and the seasonings include salt and sugar. It is great to cook dinner by yourself!

The location is good, about 7 minutes' walk from the center of the town. The room has ample heating equipments, so you can have a warm sleep even in the coldest winter days. However, the sound insulation condition is bad and will interact with the guests on the other side of a thin wooden door. The most difficult thing to understand is the area is less than 40 square meters, but the introduction says 80 square meters. My family and I flew in from wellington on a cold night for Easter weekend and we are so happy to have found this gem! We were greeted by a lovely gentlemen on arrival, who was very helpful and kind with during our stay. We arrived into a self contained pre heated apartment . The amenities are modern and very well thought of, making this special place an amazing escape while providing all the home comforts for an easy few nights away. I really recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay. We only just left and I'm looking for a reason to come back!!

The hotel is right by the sea, the room is in the back, and the car is parked in the parking lot of the hotel, free of charge, apartment hotel on the 1-2 floor. The navigation guide enters from the parking lot behind the hotel. The front desk is in the building by the sea. The front desk is very enthusiastic and sent a small bottle of milk for coffee. The room is one living room and two rooms, and the bathroom is large. One room has a large bed, and the other room has 2 single beds. There is a living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is small and has no balcony. There are hair dryers, kettles, microwave ovens, stoves, towels, only soap, no bath products. There were too few tables, there was no place to put things, so I had to move the round table on the balcony to use. New Zealand hotels provide free coffee and tea bags, and it feels good to drink coffee every day. Clean the dishes and stoves after they are used up, otherwise the hotel will charge a cleaning fee. The room is fairly clean, the living room has an air conditioner with heating function, and the room can use the heater in the wardrobe. Hot foot The commercial area, restaurants and bars are very close, you can walk there. The supermarket can be walked, but it is more convenient to drive. There is a museum opposite the supermarket. It is free. You can take a look at it from 10:30. The lighthouse is not far from the hotel, you can walk or drive, and there are free parking spaces next to the lighthouse The hotel does not include breakfast, check out at 10 o'clock on time

Pros: Everything was clean. There was ample heating. Relatively near the main tekapo area (1 min drive). House was spacious. Cons: The wifi password was handwritten badly and it was a guessing game to get the password. Also uncontactable via email. No barricade around the house and there’s other houses right next door. People could walk by your room / house windows and peer in. Which was what happened to me twice. Zero privacy unless curtains are fully drawn.

Accommodations: Clean room newly appointed room. Nice amenities including in room laundry. Bed slept great. Nice kitchenette with ability to cook a light meal if needed. Location: secure gated parking lot. Easy access in/out. Walking distance to a bunch of fantastic eateries, grocery store, cafes as well as city center.

The motel is right by the main road, so it’s very easy find it. The room we stayed at is clean, large, and very comfortable. The Black Rabbit Pizza is a stone’s away from it and the little Cods and Crayfish quick bite restaurant is 100 metres away. The view from the motel is amazing with snow capped mountains in the background. It’s great. Highly recommended.

The office were lovely enough to let us in early which was great, lovely clean unit and linen and towels were lovely, and fully equipped kitchen. Only down fall was there was a terrible smell in unit which i did tell office in morning and the seemed to think it was from the people before us, seemed worse on returning at night after unit had been closed up for a couple of hours. Our unit had a lovely upstairs balcony with sea / street views, and staff all were very friendly
